Slow , dirty & just the lack of not caring what they service . These smoothie bowl are wayyy too high just to be thrown together . Acia ALWAYS either chunky or watery . Barley fruit . Bananas never cut properly ( literally have 4 large bananas in my bowl right now) . Everytime I get an smoothie bowl it’s made & taste different . Idk why because I’m always getting the same kind…irritating because I actually like the bowls just not this location .My very first time smoothie bowl was made to perfection by Anastasia .

There are some very simple problems with this location,1) The poor employees have NO counter space to work with, and no space to move around. It looks dirty because they have no where to place things when it gets busy.2) There is only access to make one or two orders at a time when at noon they need to be able to make three or four at once.3) The drive through doesn't wrap around, so parking and driving through is impossible. People genuinely can't fit. An accident occurring is only a matter of time.I loved my order, the employees are doing their best it seems, but I can't go to this location again until some of these issues are addressed, or the business is moved to a smarter location.

Slow, dirty, and filthy inside!I advise not to walk in to see all the Filth!!Used to be 5 stars until I walked in! And I don’t mean just the floors! Employees look like they haven’t had a shower in a month!! Scratching their nasty greasy hair then attending right back to your smoothie! 🤮Just disgusting!

Very unhappy with today service my smoothie was watery and nasty she fixs it twice and still the same..I have been having alot of problems at this location either they putting in the wrong fruits or mixing wrong products in ,I just don't know but I have a file a complaint because I'm tired of it I choose westmonroe location anytime yall need to step it up and do better and I mean practice more on how to make a smoothie the right way with the right product and not on what you want because u didn't pay for it I'm paying and I want what I pay for

Every year we come to Monroe to visit family we stop at this Smoothie King at least once. Service is always great and the smoothies are tasty consistently. Perfect for the hot Louisiana summers!

If you enjoy milk shakes, do yourself a favor and come try a smoothie instead. On average they're about a dollar more than a fast food shake, they're healthy, and they're absolutely fantastic. Ive never gone there and recieved poor service or had a long wait. Its an A plus, check them out and become a regular!!

I’ve never had any issues with the smoothies or the service but the parking lot is RIDICULOUS. Seriously needs some major improvements. You can barely get out of the parking lot without feeling like you’re about to pop a tire or scrap your vehicle. 4 stars due to accessibility as well as lack of parking

Smoothie King is my favorite of all smoothie vendors. I am not ever returning to this location because of the following:1. The employees mock you and have you repeat the same smoothie 5 or 6 times simply because I don't say Keto Champ. If I ask for a 32 oz coffee keto there is only one smoothie I could be thinking of. There is no reason to ask me to repeat it over and over. Ill just do a burnout right next to the speaker squeeling your ear. Yeah that was me. They've mocked me MULTIPLE TIMES like this.2. Do not make my smoothie, then place it on the counter where I can see it through the window. Then have me wait as more and more smoothies are made and placed next to it as customers line up behind me in the drive through. If you made my smoothie cash me out and get me rolling! This to has happened MULTIPLE TIMES!IM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION

Not gonna lie, the smoothies are good, but the production time and how long it takes to get your smoothie is starting to get slower and slower, it's getting to where im waiting over 5 minutes for my drink, according to corporate it's not supposed to take more than 3 minutes or less, may not be coming here much anymore

I love them hopefully they will never close again because they did a while back when I was younger because my mother use to buy me their drinks. Their drinks are vitamins drinks I remember when I was younger. My mother would tell them to fix me a drink without the vitamins & make it just with fruit.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Got there 13 minutes before closing and the "open" sign was on. Went thru the drive thru to get my diabetic friend a smoothie because her blood sugar was crashing and they were "closed" which is messed up. Terrible customer service. I will be contacting the manager about this tomorrow. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I sat at the drive through window today for 15 minutes today. I came last Friday and the young lady who took my order had a terrible attitude and kept getting my order wrong. Do better guys.

Come on I drove 15 minuets into town Monday evening on May 13. I arrived at 8:45 and they were closed. I am livid. I feel like they owe me gas money because now I’m driving all the way home with nothing. Thanks

Average age of the employees is about 16 so don't go for the service. Smoothies while never tasting the same way twice are always worth it!
