I'd love to share my experience at Sam's Club! From the moment I walked in, the employees greeted me with big smiles and were ready to assist me with anything I needed. They went above and beyond to answer my questions, help me find products, and even offered some great recommendations. Their positive attitude and willingness to help really made my shopping trip enjoyable. I was so impressed with their level of service and how they made me feel like a valued customer. It's definitely a place I'll be returning to in the future! 😊🛒

Sams just charged my credit card which I never used over 100.00 for their membership. As much as I love Sam's I will not go back. I canceled my membership. When you have to pay someone to let you shop...Well that's all you need to know. Please be careful.

Comparing to the Sam’s I frequented in CA - seemed a little smaller less pumps at the station and thanks to the weird off ramps and little knowledge of where i was going i ended up having to back track to get into their parking lot. Guess those would be my negatives - and maybe that there are not as many choices of bread to chose from. As for the store in Monroe, very clean, friendly staff and full of great products and services. Could be the times we living in now, but i miss the people with samples - only seen one there today - or maybe i am thinking of Costco - could literally walk out and not have to eat supper that day.

Workers have always been kind and willing to help. Love when they are giving out samples, I turn into a kid again.The bakery items are great for when you have a lot of people to feed and want good food. Or when you are responsible for bringing the dessert and forgot to make one. The Chantilly cake is my go to 🏽

They had generators that was on Sam's club website for 799. When we got to the store a price above the exact generators was 899. And it changed at the register to 1000. I can't stand price change to take advantage of the community. We just had a huge storm in our area and Sam's was price jacking the community. After 15 years of Sam's club member this will be my last!!

We were checked out by “dee” she was very very friendly and nice but i want to commend her on her efficiency. It was a Saturday and sams was packed and dee was working very quick and efficient.

Normally, things are good but not today. Well, it actually started Saturday when we ordered a rotisserie chicken. The pick-up items were loaded in our vehicle, and we drove the 30-minute drive home. When we arrived and started unpacking, we noticed the chicken was not in the car. The lady who loaded our groceries said nothing about there being no chicken or that we could get a refund or pick it up another day. I found out all of this after calling and being transferred several times only to be told my name would be written down and I would receive a call. This has taken place mid-day Saturday. By Sunday evening, that call had not come, so that's when I called again and was given the correct information. I was told that I just needed to stop by, call, and they would bring it out to me. No problem. I was going Monday (today) anyway, so that would work. When I parked today, I called and called. Every time the call would get to one minute and thirty seconds, it would just stop ringing. By the fifth time, there was a lady (different from Saturday) dispensing groceries. When she finished, we called her over and asked about the chickens. She stated that there were no more, and the machine was broken. I was told I could go in for a refund. While standing in line at the service desk, there was a man in front of me with none other than a rotisserie chicken. He said he had gotten it, but they were running low. I left my place in line and got to the back just in time to get one. I don't mind that you all were busy, but to be lied to is no excuse. She could have very well stated that there might be some, and I would maybe have more luck if I went in and looked. I would have much rather she tell me that than lie to me. Regardless of the fact that the whole point of me doing a pick up is for the very idea that I don't want to go in. This isn't the whole story, but it's enough. I got the chicken. Just note, honesty and customer service go a long way with people.

We always do the curb side at the first of every month. Always a great experience. It's worth the monthly or yearly charge. Plus we get .10 cents a gallon discount.

Stores good but the cafe is garbage they close way before there closing time can get works to do anything in there when you do get to order your bother them they don’t want to work just stand around they should all be fired and replaced they told me on a Saturday at 6 they where closed when they don’t close till 7

Sam's Club Monroe continues improving and expanding their foods for sale. Nice surprise was small, four pack of fresh wild caught lobster tails. Price per pound was $28.94, and packages were priced between $25 to $32 each. Also purchased 2-pack of baguettes, grape tomatoes, making a perfect dinner for two! Cara-Cara Oranges are exceptional this year. Review date 2-4-24.

Recently bought four tires. Made an appointment for 1 PM. They pulled my car in at 1:45 PM. I washed my car the next day and discovered each rim had scratches and damage around the lug nuts. Disappointing to say the least.

Some employees get treated unfairly. Think twice before working there. They say with the Plus Card shipping is free. Don't believe it!! Sam's is now saying you have a 8.00 delivery fee instead of shipping. I bet the Plus Card members are very unhappy. I know I won't be buying another plus card! Beware your Sam's credit card will be charged 126.00 for your plus membership. I canceled my credit card and my membership. Lol now they say I have to wait 6 months before I can get a new membership. So that tells me they don't have any need for new members. That fee we all had to pay is a SCAM!!!!

The worst Sam’s club experience of my life Alfonso the manager was the worst person I have dealt with he was rude and not customer friendly I have no idea how this guy is a manager. I waited 30 mins to return one item. The worst I will not be back and I won’t be using Sam’s anymore. This is why I should have stuck with Costco.

Employees are always ready time help. I was trying to lift a package of water bottles, heard a male voice say Mam, I'll get that, and I thanked him for asking. Next I asked for assistance concerning "picking a good watermelon" when my son and I got home, we cut it open, the smell was very aromatic, the taste was equal to the smell. Now I know how to pick one. Yeah!! Great experience.

Great shopping experience! Basically everything you need. Rotisserie chicken here is a good deal and very tasty!At the restaurant, Don’t get the churros they are not worth it, basically tasteless! There pizza is awesome, and so are the sundaes but get one quick because they sell out quick!

This place is ok. If your handicapped like myself, I wouldn't go. Myself and another woman asked for a wheelchair and all of them were broken. They have plenty of parking for curbside pick up, but not for handicapped people. Nice selection on products though. Staff is nice ,but not helpful.

Awful and shameful..shame on Sam's!! They are now charging an additional $4.00 for curbside pickup orders. I picked up curbside order on 9/15/23. Their employees should receive this fee directly per load they take out. This is pure GREED from Sam's and should be discontinued immediately.

Had to get a second card for my wife. Jackie at customer service was the best I’ve seen in decades and that’s not an exaggeration. She bagged our linens bc it was raining outside, spoke to us about life (there was no line) and even chased me in the parking lot in inclement weather bc we had left one of our items. Who does that?? A beautiful & kind face to Sam’s Club!

The store itself, and most employees, were fine and nice as expected. However, being harassed to join their all-in-one card was not in my plans for shopping today. I should be able to say no and not have people follow me spurting off the benefits or how easy it is to join. I didn't figure there was much to it other than having to say the word no, but I guess not.

Love this store. All employees are so helpful. Pharmacy employees are really on point. Ordered glasses from optical. I liked them so much I ordered a second pair. The prices are so reasonable ! I even stopped in for a free hearing test.

I visited the automotive center during this visit. Ms. Mona is always so knowledgeable about the products. She makes the best possible recommendation for you based on your needs. This store is always clean and I'm so glad that I'm a plus member. The benefit of being able to go in early and shop without the rush and crown is always a plus. All the employees are super nice! Great store!
