You find great deals but clothes you have to try on. Better products than the big Superstores for a lot cheaper than retail. We used to be the only ones that shopped there it seemed but not anymore. Security could be better.

This is where I usually buy my Nike shoes from. I have a collection of over 50 pair of Nikes that I paid roughly $900 for all 50 over the course of 3 years but the actually retail price that I would have paid had I bought them from Nike would have been close to $4,000.00The shoe in my photo is the one I just purchased and the where $24.

It is a small department store, yet it can be rewarding. You can avoid the crowds at large shopping centers. The merchandise is of good quality. You can find one of a kind items that you don't usually run across. The checkout line can get long however they work them down pretty fast.

This is all time visiting place for a new dress 👗 If I have any occasion to buy on regular basis. And they have really a good collection of home decor, bed and bath needs, blankets, pillows. They are worth the price.

I like this store but I can hardly ever find clothing that fit me here which is totally understandable because I wear a small top and large bottom...I was looking for a dress. I do enjoy their house decor though.

They were kind of picked over as usual, but I always find a good deal. They have an excellent pet isle with really good prices and also the cooking isle is hard to beat!

Large variety of items for purchase reasonably priced, not enough customer service reps to assist in locating items you want to purchase, there were very long lines of customers waiting to be checked out & the lines were moving slowly. The long, slow-moving lines discouraged my shopping & I put the items back & went elsewhere to shop.

Good place to find name brand items for way less! They have nice home decor and clothes along with other items. Their inventory changes so if you find something get it, because if you don't you'll miss out.

I went to Ross's today. Oh my goodness. I over spent as usual. The prices are amazing and the products are worth every penny. From their clothes to the kitchen supplies, bath items, etc. I love this place. The employees are the bomb, if I may say so. The entire staff there is so professional and courteous. They look professional and were professionals. Thank you so much for making me feel my shopping was appreciated there at Ross's. 5 STAR all the way. Ross at Pecanland Mall in Monroe LA. This white male following me around the store, I not been in Ross a very long time. It would been great if not for him- yes I am Black 67 female - he didn't follow the white female- did find some nice items. Oh I didn't steal I paid for it. Do better.

Love love love this place. My absolute favorite place to shop! My whole house is decorated by Ross!! The deals on everything are just amazing and they get a new truck in daily so theres always new stuff to choose from. The prices are just amazing seriously! If you haven't went to this store then go! You will not be sorry! You can always find something to buy in there!!!! The people are always friendly to the workers I mean! Oh and cute clothes too! Like they have a little of everything!!! Awesome deals on rugs and home decor!!! Ross is my place for real

I give it a 0-1 star...I did NOT like it at all. I will be returning what was purchased and surrendering all credits that I have. I found the store an embsrassment to the retail industry. There was NO assistance and there was ONLY ONE!!!!! cashier in the store. It was more like a Dirt Cheap, but with higher prices. Bjm

I love this store they have a wide variety of items including all kinds of decor. Prices are awesome and usually you don't have to dig to much due to the staffs careful arrangement. Shoes can be a pain they are usually out of cute size 9 shoes for women. They get new items in daily and with store hours being open till 11 on weekdays and 12 on Friday and Saturday make this a great last minute stop if you forget your daughters graduation ceremony from kindergarten is the following day and she has nothing cute to wear! Over all love this store and the prices can't be beat!!

My daughter purchased two items for me for christmas presents. The items were a size too small. When I tried to exchange, not refund, exchange I was told I needed proof the items were purchased there. My daughter was not told to keep the reciept in case they did not fit. The store only has two or three of each item. No reciept you are stuck with it. Good money gone to waste.

They didn't have nothing in there to buy what I was interested in. Monroe,La Ross is not what it use to be. It been like That for almost 3 years now. It use where always could find something to ur liking. I want that old Ross Dress for less back. It just lack a lot than it should.

Customer service was so rude and did not help me at all. I feel like there was some racial profiling going on. But this what you expect from a small town that have two mayors OMG what is that all about man been in office since 1976. Please look into it I tell Monroe and all there establishments here are still segregated you people know this is true its so sorry I need to move asap.

Well I really thought they were going out of business because they were not stocked at all with merchandise I or should I say we me and moms was disappointed we waited til I was off to go there and walked out with nothing hardly still messy they got more items available but the staff is very unfriendly and rude staff was on the phone gossiping about a mutual friend of hers while I was standing in line I finally ask her if I could be checked out and she directed me to a cashier I walked by three times ranting about not having any service she looked at me and said nothing I then asked if I could be checked out she said nothing to me the length of the walk to the register and during the process until she asked how you paying I told her card she said go ahead she did the transaction gave me my receipt I walked out the door no customer service what soever

Hey Guys, I was the former General Manager for over 5 years at the Ross Dress for Less here in Monroe, La. It is an awesome store while I was the GM to work for, now I cannot say the same about the corporate "overlords" that were over me, one reason I resigned! Ross Dress for Less Concept is for you the customer to "Shop for Treasures" and the ideal goal is to have Great Prices, and Treasures so you will keep coming back day to day to see what they have, and it works, I purchased something practically daily when I worked there. Now granted my personality fitted in with Ross Dress for Less an I have over 30+ years in Retail Management, from Burlington Stores, Old Navy, Kmart locally, other were Staples The Office Superstore (Cedar Rapids) and Bed Bath Beyond in Houston & Dallas Metroplex Area as Operations Director over many stores. If you want to "Make a Difference" contact the Regional Offices in Dallas, Tx. I fought for YOU the customer to have the cashiers & the help that this location in Monroe needed, I encouraged my Dallas Directors over me to come visit and I would show them that the store needed more associates, they visited 1 time in my tenure at Ross Dress for Less! So people I have "Faith" it will turn around, I would work again for Ross Dress for Less, but I decided it was my time to move on to more adventures outside of Retail Management! I ALWAYS love Ross! This is my favorite store. However, this one could use some more attention. The rug aisle had rugs literally covering the floor. You couldn't see the floor down that aisle.
