I bought these lovelies from Pet Smart. With pet stores you have to keep in mind you buy "as is" & "at your own risk" ... Do your research and know the animal you are purchasing. Most people only know what they read online or what the pamphlet says, which both can be wrong. Do not expect clerks to do your homework for you basically.My crested gecko weighed 3 grams & wasn't eating. If I had not been knowledgeable enough to monitor him to start with, then able to address his eating issue he'd have died.I have to give Pet Smart credit for giving a good 14 days to return in case of illness or death. Be cautious when pet stores only give 24 hours.

The groomer I booked with called out, but thankfully Katlyn A. was very kind and squeezed Olive in last minute. She did an awesome job grooming and getting her to smell so good! I’ll be booking with petsmart and her specifically again!

Got my fish tank from here and then got all my chemicals and fish. Not everybody knows everything about what you're looking for but they can seem to find someone in the store to call over and help you out and give you the advice that you're looking for. Another thing I really like about this store is they are not super expensive. You can go in here and find just regular prices on your pet stuff without having to overpay them because it is a niche hobby. Recommend this store to anyone like me who's getting into an aquarium in their house and they just want to have a beautiful seascape to look at without having to break the bank.

I went in here looking to see if they had any budgies. I found some budgies and other birds. I had to leave the store. Those poor birds are in horrible shape. Their wings are absolutely BUTCHERED. There is no need to cut them the way they're cut. Please don't buy birds here. Don't ever let anyone clip wings like this. This is my budgie with her wings freshly clipped. This is what they should look like!!! My girl did not come from PetSmart and neither will any future birds I get.

My pup, Stella, is a rescue and has a hard time meeting new people sometimes and isn’t very trusting. Macey has taken care of her nails for the past few times and has done an outstanding job with her. They’re never too short and Stella isn’t shaken up and terrified after her visits. I am so glad I switched groomers and started bringing my baby here. Maecy does her grooming and I just brought my mother-in-law’s dog to be groomed by her, too. She did an amazing job as expected. They really love your babies and treat them like their own. They be sure to go over every detail about your dog’s health and how you want them groomed. They’re so personable and i am SO glad i finally have a reliable groomer around here.

Excellent customer service from Tim. I had a hard time finding what I needed, so he took me all around the store. I just got a tiny Shih Tzu puppy and he even suggested a tube sock for a sweater for her since y'all didn't have a sweater small enough. He deserves a raise. ☺️😉

The little guy with glasses there is very helpful. They carry KMR for my cat and I dont have to go all over town looking for it. Love the Cat beds and toys. I'm a regular here lol

Everything you are looking for, this place has. I went to look for doggy shampoo and found some fun items for my dogs for my upcoming wedding. They've got a huge selection in every department. I definitely recommend this place if you need friendly and helpful employees to find the perfect thing for your pets.

Friendly workers who are happy to help. Only negative for me was there were some dead fish in a few tanks which kept me from buying a few more fish. I'm happy as I wait to release our new fish into their home.

The first time I took my mom's dog "Rocket" into the store this team did an outstanding job. So, I decided to take him back for a wash and nail trim. When my mom picked him up, it seemed like he had not been bathed, just sprayed with something. I called to speak to someone about it, I was placed on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. I had high hopes for this to be a lasting relationship. Oh well, be careful with this store.

My friend, her 6yr old daughter, their 3yr old American Pit Bull, and myself all went on this trip. This visit was to purchase a fish tank and some pet fish for my friend's daughter's birthday. We all enjoyed our visit, even the dog 🐕! They had many choices of fish tanks and fish to choose from. Her daughter chose the neon fish that actually glow!!

Lines are always 4-6 deep on average. I only come here when the local pet ship is out of a fish product I use. Sometimes even 10 deep one cashier all the time not the managers fault.. its corporate for not allowing enough hours.. greedy.. normally wouldn't shop here.

I bought my guinea pig from this location and the employees were excellent in helping me make sure I had everything I needed. My card had an issue and I had to call my bank, and the manager was very understanding and patient with me as I called to fix the error. Great service!

For a small store it's very clean and the animals look to be well taken care of. We went just so my daughter could look at the animals and I was happy to see healthy happy animals. 😊Also the employees were very friendly I got a welcome in and a see you next time ❤ which is nice
