They are truly the best ever . The service is beyond awesome and they are the sweetest kindest people ever . I have found my forever pet clinic for my fur baby. Thanks for always treating us with kindness and providing great service . Also Dr Stokes is the best ever and the rest of the staff. I give them a 20/10.

I was very hesitant taking my rescued pit mix anywhere. I relocated to this area a few years ago and don't really know anyone. I based my first visit off these reviews lol...They handled my baby with the greatest and most professional care and have a life time customer. Its refreshing to meet NICE people here.

Camille had gotten a glass bottle and used as a "chew toy. " I telephoned to say I was bringing her in. Dr. Young took X-rays which revealed Camille had ingested glass. He contacted LSU Emergency Clinic to let them know Camille would be coming in the following morning. Also, Dr. Young prescribed feeding bread and canned food to assist in binding glass to the food. During the day at LSU, Ouachita Pet Clinic stayed in contact with me for updates on Camille's situation. Thankfully, LSU found Camille would not require surgery. I can not thank Ouachita Pet Clinic enough for their support and compassion.

We have been coming to Ouachita pet clinic since Rudy and his brother Andre were five weeks old. Dr. Young and his staff have been by far the best veterinary experience we’ve ever had. From routine care to major surgeries we have the utmost confidence in Dr. Young! Rudy LOVES Everyone at Ouachita pet care he gets completely excited even before we pull into the parking lot. He thinks staying in their kennels is like going to the pet park. I truly believe when your dog is that happy to go to the vet it speaks volumes about this clinic.

Dr. Young and the entire staff were kind and through. I’m actually in Monroe for work and contacted them for a well visit about a kitten I rescued. They made me feel completely at ease and were kind and caring towards my new addition.I was so comfortable that I went ahead and scheduled his neuter with them. If I lived here full time Ouachita Pet Clinic would definitely be my full time vet.

I can not stress enough the caring and compassion our Riley was given by Dr. Stokes and her staff. Losing a pet is absolutely heartbreaking and their kindness and empathy did not go unnoticed. When our hearts are ready for another pet, we will definitely be using this clinic again. ❤️

Worst vet. Place I've ever been to. Wanted to put down my lil dog due to cancer. But all they cared about was the technical part of it. No sympathy whatsoever. Plus they don't believe your word. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone grieving.

Ouachita pet clinic is absolutely the BEST.Everyone is friendly and cares.They are fast in taking care of my babies, communication is always top tier here, and the prices are VERY reasonable.Any and all questions are answered in a timely manner.I've been to many vets and I've always had issues with others but at Ouachita pet clinic I have not had one issue. I've been taking my pets here for years.I highly recommend Dr. Young or any vet that works besides him .

I am a new puppy mom and my friend suggested Ouachita Pet Clinic to me because this is where she takes her dog. The environment is clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and loving. I was unsure as to what to expect being my first time. The Veterinarian was very informative and helpful as to providing me details regarding Oreo's plan of care going forward. He seemed to be very admired and loved on by the staff as well, which made me more comfortable about leaving him there all day... O yes the dropoff option is AMAZING especially for my work schedule! First visit definitely gets five stars!

My small, EXTREMELY nervous dog is a new patient here and they were great! He didn't want to let them examine him without screaming his head off and I couldn't be much help. They handled it by taking him and quickly examining him privately. He came back slightly nervous, but not anything I didn't expect. It's really clean for it being a place with animals constantly in it. He also was a little sore after his vaccines but I didn't notice any bumps from bad shots considering how difficult he was. Really nice people.

My absolute favorite vet in town! I love the staff at Ouachita Pet Clinic. Customer service is filled with friendly and caring people! Jade is so helpful on the phone and speedy to give any suggestions! Dr. Burnett works hard to ensure my dog is taken care of as well as always explaining to me what I need to know or what she is going to do! I couldn’t ask for a better team to take care of my sweet girl Bleu!

Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. Competitive pricing. The new location is a giant improvement - several exam rooms and two waiting rooms. Dr. Young takes time to make sure that not only your fur baby is well taken care of but that you are educated and comfortable with everything going on. I can tell they really care about my pets and me.My dog’s leg had to be amputated, and Dr Young did an amazing job. It looks so natural that people think she was born without it!

Hello, I was dog sitting for a friend and the puppy became really ill. I called Ouachita Pet Clinic told them the situation and they took her right on in the next day. They informed me on her condition throughout the days she was there. I was able to visit her with no problems. Even after she was discharged they still made checkin calls to see how she was doing. Everyone was so nice and caring I will definitely be switching my dog over to their services because I have a Yorkie terrier myself . I have found a new pet service who actually cares about animals. Thanks Ouachita Pet Clinic!

I couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience! I'm so happy I chose Ouachita Pet Clinic to start taking my cat. Dr. Burnett took great care of him, Ben kept him entertained, and everyone on staff was so pleasant and nice. Great service all around!!

Dr. Stokes was so helpful. We’d been dealing with some comfort issues with my cat (admittedly, my ignorant fault) and Dr. Stokes was so kind while helping. She made my cat feel better, and she didn’t attack me for not knowing what to do in this particular situation. So thankful for her and the staff here!!

I love OPC and so does my pup. The have been caring for her since she was about 3 months old. The staff and doctors are very friendly and courteous and make each vet visit a breeze. They even call to check on her after her visits!! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Honestly our last visit was my first experience with social distancing care. Everything was explained, signs were available to give instruction, and wait time was more than reasonable. I can’t imagine they could do any more to make families and companions feel safe and taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.
