We had the flower beds around our house cleaned out, treated for termites and the weed barrier and rubber mulch put down. The crew that came did an excellent job! They were so nice and worked very quickly. They made sure every step of the way that what they were doing was exactly how I wanted it done. I am so pleased with the way it looks! Had no idea they offered this service. It's amazing!

If I could give a ZERO, I would. You serviced my mom home knowing it should have been decluttered first. I paid $125 for you to come out to look around. She paid $1,300 for maybe 3-4 treatments. She had to leave her house while it was being treated. Nothing was probably done, because the problem wasn’t resolved. I called two other companies, they didn’t charge to go out to look and see what needed to be done. The house has been decluttered, and is now being treated. The gentleman is very nice, and her issue is being resolved. Is this how you treat elderly people?? My mom is 80 years old, and was taken advantage of. It’s like she threw $1,300 away. SHAME ON YOU😡

I just got a touch up service from Tim Payne with Orkin. We so appreciate him taking the time to do quality pest control. He checked on and asked about previous issues we had with wasps to make sure the problem had been resolved. He is always so friendly and helpful! I had not made it home yet today when he arrived to spray for a pest issue. I was on my way home and he waited in the driveway for me. Thank you Tim!

I had booked the installation of a vapor barrier in the crawl space of my home as well as attic screens installed to prevent insects from nesting in my attic space. The tech arrived at 9:15am for an 8am appointment, and when he did arrive, he remained in his truck for well over 15 mins. I finally had to go outside and coax him out of his truck to get the job started. Attached is a pic of the attic screens installed. How many wasps do you think could get through such a large grid? The screens were ultimately changed to a finer mesh, but why wasn't common sense used in the first place? Next, the vapor barrier: Where do I start? The tech lied to me when he said the plastic would be stapled to the ground. I don't think this location was counting on me actually getting under my own house to look at the work. Please see attached pics that show that he didn't staple it to the ground as well as areas where the barrier was wadded up in a large ball, completely defeating the purpose of the barrier. Additional work was done to repair the mess left by the first tech. The question to ask ourselves is exactly how much training do the techs at this Orkin location receive before they're allowed to perform work?

orkin sprayed today. waited 4 hrs and checked. saw 99plus percent ants gone!!! hope they didnt just hide! very happy. hoping they stay GONE😀and there were thousands. hooray i have been trying to get rid of them myself for months never made a dent in them!!!
