The lady working the to-go counter was extremely rude and did not know how to count. I was given 3 cups when I ordered 6 drinks (5 adults and 1 kids). She refused to even look at the ticket and compare to the amount cups I already had to amount shown on the ticket. She kept insisting that I had already got all my cups. I reviewed the ticket with her and counted out the amount of cups for her 4 times. When I tried to get some one else to help me she yelled to the other people working that I was trying to steal drinks even when my ticket clearly stated that I order 6 drinks. I tried to be nice and never like to complain but she was rude from the start.

Thank you to Shakya Carroll for taking all 47 of my motorcoach orders! She did it with a smile the whole time. It’s a nice place and a great stop on the way back to Texas. 🤩 Wow, I was pleasantly surprised to learn of how fresh the salad was. The price was fantastic considering I’ll have multiple meals from this order. $11. Prep time was fast. Ppl were friendly and welcoming. Could have had more fresh grapes. Thank you.

This place has gone downhill fast. I ordered a large “ultimate” salad to go. I waited about 20 min for my overpriced salad at a non rush time. Well, this is what i got. Certainly not very ultimate. My fork is bigger than this container and it is very shallow. In the past, the salads were twice this size and the service was atleast decent. Not a fan of this place anymore . Only reason they get 2 stars is because the salad i did get atleast had an ok taste

When you're trying to eat low carb you're options are extremely limited. So when I heard Newks had cauliflower crust pizza I had to try it! It was a bit on the pricey side ($3 charge on top of base price), but it was delicious. I added some Siracha and I was good to go!

Newks is always a treat to enjoy. The soup if the day style helps to reduce wait times in orders and the staff seems to always be in a good mood. My personal favorite items are their turkey avocado sandwich and loaded potato soup.

Always loved Newk’s in the past! My daughter and I use to eat at this location 2 to 3xs a week. Unfortunately, this Monroe location has gone down hill. The employees have no clue what ingredients go in which salad. The last 5 visits our order was not correct. The worst part was my experience today. The employees were so rude and obviously did not want to be there and spoke to me and other customers so poorly. I will not return to the Tower Drive location again. So sad to see poor management and rude untrained employees ruin a not so long ago great place of business.

We eat here often. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, pizzas, salads and soups. Easy to find something for everyone. Nice outdoor seating. Fast service. Weekend lunch crowds are quite packed. If you are looking for low-key, skip this time.

Absolutely delicious. Enough food for plenty of leftovers. Fast service and polite. This place serves really beautiful food in an elegant setting without being more expensive than going to a fast food joint. It's really an upscale experience without the high price. We look forward to eating here again soon and since we pass this spot frequently, it was great to mark it as a favorite!

I ALWAYS love to come here ! They have a great selection of food. All the way from huge salads to pizza. The food is made fresh when you order it, it's not sitting around under a light. I was happy to see the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly !

I placed my order of a club sandwich and side mac&cheese at 6:50. I received my order at 7:15. I talked to the manager because at least 4 other families had come in after me and received their orders with very little wait. He stated that the mac&cheese had to be run through twice so that's why it took so long. He offered to redo it and I declined because my time is valuable and I didn't want to wait 25 minutes again. I asked for a tea instead. I should have just gotten a refund and let them keep the order because my sandwich AND mac&cheese were both cold! There's no way my order had just been prepared. It was too cold. I'm very disappointed with Newk’s. I feel as if I wasted $13. If I wanted a cold sandwich and mac&cheese, I could have gone to McAlister's.

My rule about restaurant service is like baseball's rule for every at bat-- THREE STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT!!Today was your 3rd strike Newk's. They say the definition of insanity is repeatedly doing the same thing but expecting a different result, so maybe it's my fault. It's my fault for using your online ordering app, responsibly waiting until the ready-time the app tells me and timing my arrival to pickup my order.Today, like the other two occasions, I waited in the store for 20 to 30 minutes past the time Newk's said my order would be ready. I used up the entirety of my lunch hour waiting for my food, and ultimately had to leave with out it even though I'd already paid for it through the app.I got it-- Newk's was busy, but this isn't right. There are a ton of places I can eat in Monroe that value their customer's time and money. Until such time as I hear from others that Newk's has instituted some sort of meaningful change, I will spend my money elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.BTW... that monthly catered lunch spread we used to do with you? Yeah I hear Chicken Salad Chick will do it for us too.

Great food, fun experience, and awesome prices! First time to this one but always visit the one at home. Their croutons and jalapeños are a perfect compliment to any order. I recommend the Newks Q pizza with some pimento Mac and cheese. You’ll have enough for a whole other meal! Always a great choice!

It's a cozy place, it is sometimes cold inside. They play old music probably from the 90's. I usually go there when I get a coupon, they send me one for my birthday. The pizza is really good, I only like Johnny's Pizza and Newk's. The pizza has thin crust too, if you're looking for less bread. They also have salads, sandwiches, soups, and dessert. The strawberry cake slice is so good! The service is somewhat slow.

I'm not a fan of chain eateries, but this place is lovely.The food is good, the price is reasonable, the service is quick, and at least it's a LOCAL chain.Somewhere between Panera and subway, with killer pizza made to order with quality ingredients.This is not fast food, but they never keep you waiting either.My ONLY complaint is the type of people who often visit here....it's not the fault of the business, but it did take away from my experience. These folks are the ones who mistake credit for wealth, and judge a man on his clothes....but, please ignore the pompous percentage of the clientele, and take your family here for a healthy and tasty meal.Cheers.

I was there at 3:48pm on Saturday 11/6/2021. There were no clean booths and only a few clean tables. There obviously had been a large lunch crowd and no one had cleaned up anything. There was food and trash all over the floor. The condiment table was not stocked and it was dirty. We cleaned our own booth off with handy wipes my wife carries with her. We were there approximately 45 mins. There were 6 employees in sight and not one cleaned a table or the trash on the floors. Four were sitting a table together and one was asleep at the table.
