This is probably the first time I havent left the vet crying. I was given loads of information on what my dog was going through and what to expect moving forward. Dr. Whitlock took such good care of Kiko and we felt super comfortable the whole time. We were given choices on how we would like to proceed based on what would be best for us! I would 100% recommend going here!

The techs and veterinarian here are so amazing. Haven't met a rude person here ever! They did blood work on my fur baby and then we just chilled out while waiting for the vet to talk to us!

I’ve never left a review for any sort of profile but I felt the necessity to do it for this Vet. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this facility. From the front desk, to the staff, to the doctors, this was an absolute amazing experience in a moment of crisis. I had the pleasure to work with Dr. Whitlock who was amazing and reassuring. I wish I would have remember the staff I worked with to let them know they were amazing as well. Would HIGHLY recommend.

My cats have been in to see Dr. Copeland, she is fantastic! I have both a kitten and a senior 7+ cat. She is a very good listener too. My experience its actually pretty hard to find a good vet for cats. She diagnosed my cats food allergy easily after YEARS of it never being mentioned to me by any vet, my cat is much happier now that he can eat dry food again!

Annie just had her first appointment here. I am more than pleased with how it went! It was the most professional, personal, and informational appointment she's ever had! It was very simple to transfer her records and get everything going as well. They checked all the boxes!! I've never felt the need to go to a particular vet until today! I will not go anywhere else! This was my first time visiting this facility and the experience was extremely welcoming. My fur baby was treated with kindness and respect. Things were explained in detail and additional info was given for me to make other decisions on at home. My baby has follow-up appts in the very near future and we will be attending. Of you have a fur baby in need of a veterinarian try this facility.

They are really good at giving the wrong prognosis and killing my dog. Anyone with basic medical knowledge would have known better. Do not bring your dog here at any cost.

My dog has been going to Monroe Animal Health Center since two years ago, and I’ve been very happy with the facility, doctors, staff and the level of care and attention my dog gets. We normally see Dr. Covington. She is very sweet, knowledgeable and caring. Whenever we have an appointment, she spends enough time explaining everything I need to know about my pet’s condition during the visit, and I’ve never walked out of the door without having received enough information. Also, the staff are very nice and welcoming. The facility is clean and the location is great. I highly recommend this place.

I have been bringing my fur baby to the Monroe Animal Health Center since he was 6 months old. Dr. Covington and Sally are professional, friendly and AWESOME!!! My fur baby just loves them and they hit it off from the start. The staff are also professional, friendly and treat my fur baby like family. Keep up the awesome job!!!

I called and they quoted 28/dog/night. Entered my info as a new client. I only needed 1 night because their regular place was full until Wednesday. I went through the paperwork and showed they had kennel cough, parvo and rabies shots current. Picked them up the next morning and it costs 103.50/dog because I was charged for a vet visit each and the first half of their dog flu vaccine. I had never heard of the dog flu vaccine and I was assured it was required everywhere. I just called another boarder in Monroe and they said it wasn't. My mother's friend had never heard of the flu vax for dogs and she boards her dog too. For $200 I could have just had someone stay at my house and not brought them all the way here for 4 nights.That is just half of it. I am in town because of a funeral. My mother was upset and went to talk to them. They told my mom the business manager was out and the vets were busy with 3 clients. My mom waited an hour. My mother finally left and left her phone number. No one called back. My mom then called and they said the business manager was on the phone so my mom said she would wait and they insisted the business manager leaves promptly at 4. They specifically did not use the manager's name in front of my mom they just referred to her by title.The icing on the cake is that they saw the vet the morning I picked them up instead of the day I dropped them off because it was so important they be boosted for the night there.

The staff here are wonderful! Can't say enough good things about this Vet's office. I took my "Baby" in for her first visit, she loved it believe it or not. I am so glad I started with them. Seeing how my baby is part Great Dane they gave me lots of advice of what to do and not. Thanks to all there.

Did an amazing job of healing my poisoned dog, friendly staff, and great follow up work with the doctor. Lots of face time with the actual doctor and got to visit my poor little buddy as much and whenever I wanted. They did such an amazing job its barely 3 weeks from him almost dying and he is now almost completely healthy and back to his old self and old attitude! Can not express my gratitude enough to this staff and company!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful vets, staff, and facilities at Monroe Animal Health. From the first appointment my puppy and I had there I have felt confident that we were receiving the best care and attention. We have seen Dr. Nicole West who is a very knowledgeable and experienced vet and always willing to go out of her way to make herself available for me and my pup, and as a result my pup is happy and healthy (I always get compliments on how pretty and well-cared for she looks ;). A+++ for these guys!

The Doctors and staff are very thorough and kind and gentle with the pup or kitty and the parents-- they are the most genuinely caring people and treat all of their patients with the same care as they do with the number of fur-babies they each have of their own!!! I will be eternally grateful for ALL they did in treatments as well as just loving care for my baby until his little body was just aging and there was nothing to do to help it...Dr Groan did laser treatments on his joints to help the inflammation and arthritis in his joints!!!Give these people a chance and you will be glad and your precious baby will be as well!!!A very loyal customer/fur-baby parent!!!

Monroe Animal Hospital has been taking care of Roscoe for about the last 6 months. He has gone thru a spider bite and now heartworm treatment. They have been so wonderful with him and us. They explained what was going on with him. I highly recommend them. They love my baby as their own.

The staff is very caring and compassionate. Dr Sara Groan has loved my girls for all the years that she's been caring for them. She shed tears along with me when she had to put JJ to sleep. I would highly recommend the entire staff at Monroe Animal Health Center.

I called on a Monday morning not a regular patient told them my concerns of my puppy over weekend. They immediately told me to bring him it didn't sound safe to ignore. Got there n my puppy was dehydrated and naseau from current meds of another Vet. I thank them so much for bringing my puppy back to life ❤

It's a nice facility. The practice has been sold and since the sell it has lost its private practice touch. They've lost a couple good Veterinarians during this time too. Keep track of your animals records and don't rely on the clinic. Seems like its $300 dollars everytime we go.

I take both my canine and feline family members here for all of their health needs. Each time has been wonderful. The staff is informative and friendly. The wait times are almost non existent and the care that each animal receives is always imaculate. Which, is not the easiest as my furry family members are not of the friendly variety. The doctors are so personable and I have literally never felt an ounce of judgement from anyone in the offices.
