They tell you the wrong hours in the payment center when u call ,they close hour and 30 minutes earlier. They close at 4 instead of 5:30 this b******* get your automated service corrected

Macs products are really good even the discounted meats are really good. The only thing is the checkout lines. If your looking to go in and grab something quickly..well your in for a bit ofa wait. The self checkout is good but you still have a small line usually. But other than that ..it's a wonderful place..nice people always a pleasure talking to them ..always smiling even if there having a bad day you wouldn't know it. There so helpful..just ask one person and if they don't know where something is they will keep asking coworkers or keep looking with you.If a watermelon isn't good just bring the receipt back and they get you another one ..wonderful customer service. Wonderful it's the main store I shop at.

Went there for a cake or some cupcakes, both were past the sell by date. For the cakes, someone tried to cross out the date. The cupcakes dates where up in February. But other parts of the store are decent, just don’t waste your time looking at cakes.

The deli is UNIQUE!!! The food is NOT over seasoned. A great menu daily. There ALWAYS a variation of meats, vegetables and breads. Desserts are great. Reasonably priced meals!!!ALL of the servers have great personalities,, pleasant smiles and provides GREAT customer service. They call regular customers by their name and address others respectfully.

I went there a few days ago and everyone was just so helpful and polite. Literally every worker that I past by was so kind and well mannered. I enjoyed my shopping and will definitely be back!

I don't know who's managing this store, it's not the shopping experience i enjoyed it's not clean it smells and the produce was in bad condition. You guys need to take more pride in your customer service and condition of your store. I couldn't believe how dirty and unkept it was. I will never go in that store again located on Winnsboro roadVery disappointed 😣

Mac's is the largest food store in short distance from my home location. That is important when I need something but don't want to drive clear across town. The employees are always seen working very hard. Checkout is usually quick, however at times the store is very crowded.

Mac's is a great place to shop prices are low, service is great. The hot deli is a favorite stop for many in our neighborhood and the employees a pleasant and friendly. Last but not least Mac's has the fried catfish in Monroe. Please stop by and check it out.

The lady that supposedly works in customer service , EVA.. She is a horrible human being! something is seriously wrong with her. Everytime i come into this store she is wither being rude and nasty to the employees or customers. I witnessed her curse and old man out because he said she was being rude! Im a frequent shopper here, but this lady may be the reason why i choose to shop elsewhere!!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES. The employees are a direct reflection of management. I Love shopping here! Especially for my Sanka instant coffee, that big retailers don't sell anymore! This is the decaffeinated instant coffee my dad use to drink before leaving the house in the mornings at 5am and he would share it with me. Now, my 10 year old drinks it❤️Thanks Mac's for selling this coffee.

I love going here. One stop shop! I can grocery shop, find great clearance deals and bought the cutest sundress there😎Even found my 2 year old some comfortable causal shirts💖 .. They also have a Western Union, and a deli that serves delicious hot food!!

Like everywhere, prices are high but at Mac's, they seem to be higher. I saw plenty of people stocking shelves but there were very few people in the store to buy off of those shelves. So grocers keep going up on the price and customers have to make a choice and unfortunately, it seems they are opting to go light on groceries.

The staff seemed friendly although the rain was coming but after a purchase of grapes that turned out to be bad grapes from their garden produce section; I have to agree with my wife, we’ll never be getting fruit from there anymore! The WIC department is not going to be happy to hear about this either because they paid good money to see us eat!

I love the Mac's stores in Lakeshore and both locations in West Monroe, but the store in south Monroe is horrible. The employees are not professional or courteous, and the managers do not seem to care. I refuse to shop at this particular location after a very troubling experience that was not corrected after reporting it to management.

Mac's has some great deals and specials. The meat dept is huge! The store feels like it could use a little modernization or maybe a facelift, but its clean and it serves its purpose. The staff are always really nice and will help you with anything.

Went to get frozen crab legs for a seafood boil. The crab was fresh and package good. The staff was friendly when I needed help. The store was clean and fresh.
