I normally cruise over to Mac's Fresh Market to pick up a few condiments and leave with a smile on my face because 99.9% of the time if an employee such as a bagger, checker or front end supervisor greets you upon entering the establishment. "And people that complain about the surcharge, well the tiny bit they charge adds up to something bigger!" Commissaries worldwide don't charge taxes.......only a surcharge to be pooled together to upgrade and build new ones to support our TROOPS! What the CEO of Mac's Fresh Market does with the pooled money's from surcharges is inevitably being used for positive purposes👍🤝!! Thanks for remaining a hometown grocery store without Corporate Rules, Regulations and Restrictions...All You Guys Rock!!! 🙏👏

We love this little grocery store. It doesn't have everything, but definitely most! Highly recommend their baked goods and hot deli foods :) plus, who can resist a free cone of soft serve on your way out the door :)

People are nice, free ice cream is great, and its location is convenient. But produce doesn't always seem fresh (particularly romaine lettuce), and they refrigerate tomatoes (which should never be refrigerated). Regular prices seem high to me, even before the 10% add-on, but they have some good sales.

I love the macs fresh market near my house (Chenniere Drew) area because it has the friendliest staff and a great selection of nearly everything you can ask for out of s grocery store with the best prices of all the stores around. And everything is so convenient and easy to find there. And is kept nice, neat, fresh, and clean all the time.

I love the staff at the Cheniere Drew location. This location is 15mins further than another Macs and I’ll pass it up every time. Paul and Larry are amazing managers and I fell so proud for them to always address me by name with a huge smile. So refreshing.

For sure my favorite mac's I've lived here since I was 9 and never knew about this mac's until my husband changed jobs and this mac's is by far the best super friendly and free ice cream for the kids while we shop or adults to lol and everyone is super nice

We're visiting from Georgia and I believe this has been the best part of our trip. The store was clean and well stocked, the prices were great and the bakery items looked fantastic. The employees were so friendly. I've never left a review for a grocery store before but I was so impressed, I had to. I wish we had a Mac's in my town!

It's a good store, its clean and the staff are always nice. They usually always have a good selection on meat. Good place to grab groceries at. While we were in there, there was like a deli section in the back of the store and you could buy lunch plates in there, and we grabbed a couple of plates for lunch, and there was a really nice man back there and he was super helpful and friendly, though I didn't catch his name.. but overall it's a good store.

Just popped in for a couple of items one of them being walnuts. Growing up in the South, I mainly grew up eating pecans and peanuts. However, I recently stated eaing walnuts and the ones at Macs are very good and the bag is usually full so I feel I am getting my money's worth. Stone Mountain Pecan Co is the brand at $4.99. Ingredients are just English Walnuts so a wholesome food.

Great meat, fast in and out. Clean and good sales. The sale prices are good ,but overall, their prices are now equal to or exceed stores like Brookshire. Their meats are better and sales better. Plus free ice cream cone

Prices are great. The variety was awesome. Fruits and vegetables we're beautiful and a great selection. The meat Dept didn't smell like or look like old meat. Nice cuts for any budget. Beats any Brookshires I have ever been in. Would shop here before going to any Walmart..I have been to several Macs and this goes for all.

Nice grocery store. Not for those looking for the healthier options foods nor for alcohol. Five stars if looking for locally made food items or meat. Mac's does have a great fresh meat selection l. I saw today that self checkout is almost here.

Be prepared to dip, dive and dodge the employees cleaning before close. They don't want to cause any delay in their leaving, so you must walk around the vacuum, the waxer and the guy mopping right at the 2 registers open. And be sure not to interrupt their conversations as the others chat with the employees at the register.
