I went to JC Penny's in Pecanland Mall- Monroe after the Black Friday sale, the store was very neat and well-stocked. The sales associates were extremely helpful.

My mother and I went shopping at JC Penny's in Monroe last week. The store was clean, neat and well-stocked. Everyone there was so helpful as we shopped and made our purchases. They went out of their way to accommodate my mother, who was in a wheelchair. We will be back!

Couldn't believe how chaotic the men's department was. Attached photos. Of course we always accept a few things out of place in a store, but its like this store just stopped caring about their men's section. Afraid to shop any further...so I left.

Started in Mens dept. No way to find anything. Went upstairs. Picked out a gift upstairs. Verified upstairs 6 for $30. Was told to take downstairs to checkout. I did. Rang up $46. I told clerk should be $30. Did not offer to check. Repeated $46 to me. I said I guess I won't get. Clerk threw it aside and walked off. Sad, I've always loved Penneys.

They have a lot of great sales going on right now. As soon as I went in I found a pair of dress boots on clearance for $35, a great deal. They had several other shoes on clearance along with some suit separates. Most of the suit jackets were 50% off. There were also other great men's clothing on sale. The store was organized better than I have seen in a while. The only concern is the store lacks dressing rooms & hard to find employees.

This is very good place to get clothes at, including school uniform pants, which we couldn't find ANYWHERE else. I would definitely recommend for buying clothes

It was very bare almost like the new season stock needed to be put out. There was a few racks on the floor, so the women's & home area was probably going to get restocked. It was quiet.

No salesperson to help in men's clothes and I wanted to buy a suit and dress belt!Could only find very limited selection in 46 long jacket and 40x34 or 32 pants because everything was misplaced size wise on size marked hangers!Found 40 jackets on 46 hangers and so on!Fitting room closed so couldn't try on pants I did find! Had belt in hand but got aggravated, put it back and left after an hour when I could not get help!Men's clothes department sucks!I thought they were supposed to be a good place but not anymore!

I used to shop here regularly, but since the pandemic the service has gone down, but the price on clothing has gone way up. They hardly have any employees and you have to search for a place to check out. Just not the same. And the store is so unorganized.

Great place to shop at, the employees here are so kind and helpful to customers. Went in to buy a pair a pants and got help from one employee and she helped me select a few out and was kind and patient. At the check out the cashier said that she’ll get me a coupon and gave me 25% off. So thankful for them and their dedication to their customers, always love shopping here!

Store had stuff just piled up. I thought I was at Dirt Cheap or a garage sale. It was a hot mess. Couldn't tell who worked there. Half the stuff didn't have prices and no one to ask. As long as it had been closed, it should have been spotless. My cashier was great though. She had a great attitude.

I used to buy nearly all my clothing and my husband's at JC Penny, but since the pandemic, nothing is the same. There are fewer people working in the store, so merchandise is not as plentiful and things just look unkempt. I hate that things have gotten this way for other stores as well, but shopping in person just isn't the same and may never be again.

JCPenney is like an old friend. My family and I always shopped there with settisfaction. In person or mail orders as long as I can remember. However time makes changes. I heard JCPenney is in process of a big disappointment change. With that in mind I don't judge that the store is unorganized with few employees. I look at the Big Picture. Instead of people finger pointing and complaining about the store. "Enjoy now because when it's gone it's gone." I will stay a loyal customer until the end.

Don’t have much to complain about JCPenneys. Only thing that got to me was the price checker but that’s more of the apps problem not the store. But it’s nice and they keep things organized enough where ur not having to just dig to find what ur looking for.

Store was in complete shambles. No one to help you. Line at cash register was way way to long. No pricing on anything. I looked online and they said they had plenty of big mans swim trunks. I found 3 pair. No dressing rooms open. I just walked out and went to Kohl's

Went BUY mattress pad and a pillow, they only had full mattress pads and no pillow like I wanted. Had a hard time finding a clerk to ask if they had back stock and was told if I didn't find it, they didn't have it. And they wonder why sales are down! Came home and ordered online items instead that will be shipped to me at home!

Friendly staff. Great variety of things. The price was a little high for me BUT!!! They were having a sale, a 50%-90% off!!! So I bought a ton of new clothes for me, my husband and our kids. I'm so excited about the shampoo and conditioner that I bought last minute at the register. It's exactly what I have been looking for and not able to find anywhere else.

Very unorganized store the last couple times I went. The section right by exit door to outside was neat. The rest of the store looks like a tornado hit it. Clothes thrown everywhere. What Workers i saw was standing, gossiping, not doing anything. Just very messy.

The items I needed were easily found. However, it took a considerable amount of time to find a sales associate so that I could pay for my purchases. Definitely not enough staff to help the customers. By the time I was ready to leave, there were six people in line waiting to check out.
