Could not have been better! This was our first time dealing with any kind of pest issue and I had no idea how to handle it. I chose to call J&J because they had amazing customer feedback online. I now know that they definitely earned all those glowing reviews! James was fantastic! I was given an estimated appointment time of between 11 and 2 and he showed up right at 11. He was friendly, polite, and has a great sense of humor. This process was nerve racking and new territory for us but his demeanor, expertise, and thorough explanations put us at ease. He was also very sweet to our many animals! I was very pleased with the service we received and I would recommend J&J and James specifically to anybody who needs help with a pest control issue.Service: Termite extermination

100% recommending use this company. I was in the process of purchasing a home without an agent. Bank needed a termite inspection- they came out immediately, always available to talk, called for status of arrival. Upon inspection they saw active termites under porch, they treated. But also saw they house had a water leak and was kind enough to let me know which allowed me to address before purchase. Very involved- they even talked directly to my bank as it was A VA Loan and requirements were extensive and they made sure they got what they needed. Service was great, prices very reasonable, everything was great up until I wanted to cancel my service because I was selling the property and no longer needed the service.I called to cancel my service contract, which I had already paid in full. I was told no problem. Then a month later, I receive an invoice. I called again and was told to just ignore the invoice. A couple weeks later, I get a call about renewing my contract, which again i told them I wanted the contract cancelled. They apologized and again said no problem. Now over three months from my first call to cancel the service contract because I sold the property, I get a statement and another invoice both stating "cancel due to non-payment". I think a better reason would be "cancel upon customer request" or nothing at all or even a "sorry to see you go, please keep us in mind for your future needs"Prior to the issue in cancelling the contract, I would have recommended this company to anyone. However, this issue alone and especially the reason stated has left a terribly sour taste regarding this company.

J&J Exterminating was recommended from previous home owner. That was over six years ago and we couldn't be happier. Very thorough, experienced, and professional personnel. Always give couple days notice of next mosquito or quarterly service appointments. When the techs arrive, (today was Trey Pender) always ask if we noticed any pests inside or out. Trey will treat accordingly. No need to warn Trey or other techs about your vegetable garden or fruit trees, they recognize veges & fruit trees. We know all J&J technicians by first name and enjoy speaking with them. When done, they'll leave a note on your door and email you an inspection report. We like the fact that we can call J&J anytime and they'll come out ASAP. (This usually caused by lack of spouse-to-spouse communication.
