I called to get a quote on having my windshield replaced. The girl I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable about the process of getting on the books. I was able to schedule the install within 1 business day from calling and they came to my office to do the job. They touched base multiple times leading up to their arrival to let me know what time they would be there and confirm my location. The price was the cheapest in town and I'm very pleased with the finished job. Definitely will recommend to anyone needing glass work. And will definitely use them again in the future for my own needs.

I highly recommend Glass Doctor of West Monroe, Louisiana. Initially I had my windshield replaced and a day later, an 18-wheeler slung a rock and cracked the new windshield. I brought it to Glass Doctor and Donald ordered a new replacement which was covered under warranty and they installed it at my place of employment.

What I was quoted was what I was charged the day of service. Cheaper than where I live and they came to my house 45 min away and it was no extra charge. I don't remember names of the guys who put my windshield in but, they were very nice and very quick. They also loved on my old dog, Daisy, and she had no complaints either haha

I recently called Glass Doctor to come out to our home for a quote for window glass replacement. Before they could get out here, my husband passed away from brain cancer. I called to let them know that we would need to put things on hold awhile. That day they came on out and got their measurements. In a day or two they sent me the nicest sympathy card. And then in a couple of weeks I received my quote. I thought I got a very fair price and I called to let them know they could start the work whenever it was convenient. It touched my heart that someone that I don’t even know took the time to buy a card. People nowadays don’t seem to take time to do the little things that mean so much, so I thought. But what I have found out is people do care and I needed to know that when I was going through the worst time of my life. That’s someone I want to give my money to and trust to do the work. So would I recommend someone like Glass Doctor, absolutely!

I called and went by the company Friday around 2pm and no one is there, but the door says M-F 8-5. Lady calls me back to schedule an appointment. I schedule the appointment, which is almost a week away. I also call the morning of to confirm the appointment. They call me the day of, after the schedule time to inform me they didn't have my glass and can't get me in until later the following week. And that's only "IF" they're able to get the glass. I'll pay more money for professional and dependable work.

Single moms— and anyone else!!I strongly and undeniably recommend Donald L Arnold and his business, Glass Doctor in Monroe for ALL your glass needs! He and his staff are friendly, courteous and super helpful and professional. They filed my insurance claim to replace my cracked windshield, answered every question I had, and even came to my house to fix it. Additionally, they helped hunt down a glass piece for a broken side mirror that had been cracked for too long because I struggled to find the replacement anywhere I looked. Two problems solved very quickly and easily! Glass chips are fixed for just $25 and he guarantees the windshield for a year.
