They’re very rude here. I set my basket on the counter to unpack and as I’m reaching my hand in to unload the basket the girl goes “unpack it”. Bossing me around like I’m her damn kid. That definitely doesn’t attract business. This is my third worst experience here and I’m not shopping somewhere where I get treated like garbage.🤷🏼‍♀️

It's been a while since I've been in, but I really like how they've arranged it. They also have a bigger and batter variety of items. It was hard to go in and get what I came for.

It's alright store. Nothing there is really 5 or below anymore though and there are a few of the staff members that are pretty snobby. Not really much in terms of things I really need but sometimes you find things you just can't do without at this establishment. Good to drop by and check it out though. They got some interesting things throughout the store.

This store has a lot of inventory! It's very organized and clean with friendly staff. I got a lot of things for my house and phone cases and chargers for cheap! Definitely will be going here for Christmas/holiday/birthday shopping.

They didn't have what I went in looking for, but they have it online. I was hoping to avoid shipping, and the store was neat. It was messy in certain areas but I guess maybe they were working on it. I hate the price increase, but it's now over five bucks. Still some good finds if you've got the time. Theu are cheaper than other places on certain things.

This is a nice store. Really nice. Check out is quick and the cashiers take there time to explain things if u need help. For instance (how to use the chip etc....)

this place is addictive. I spent way more than I wanted and almost filled my trunk. they have everything in there from home decor, arts and crafts, toys, and clothes of various nature. I will definitely be coming back for more!!!

A few items I've bought here that didnt work from the start but the staff is so nice & very helpful in exchanges & returns. Everyone I've come in contact with that works there has always be so courteous & nice to me. Defintely going back often!

The music is WAY too loud. I was trying to talk to my husband, who is not hard of hearing, and we both kept saying, "huh? What did you say?" Music does not need to be that loud in any store. It's 5 Below, not a night club.

They have really step up...The store is clean and better organized. They have more items and some are so awesome that the price is speechless for that less.. Good quality items now change the name because it's not 5/ below its 5 / higher 😉

AWESOME store, UNBELIEVEABLE prices!!! My kids and I looked around for about 2 hours yesterday, got SO much stuff, and ended up spending less than $40 in total. 10/10 will be back every chance I get!

I went when it was a little packed but customer service was great the young lady at the counter was awesome at checkout and even helped me out by making separate bags for my three kids I was shopping for.
