Store not open at nine. Manager said she had to go to a lot of banks and the store is not gonna be open at nine and she will have it open when she has it open. Rude, Rude, Rude. She needs to be removed. Zero Stars. I also downloaded the app in hopes of buying some stuff but I deleted it immediately after I talked to to the manager. How do people like this even get a job (and keep it) is beyond all logic and understanding. I will never ever ever ever be back. Have a nice day by not wasting your time and energy here. 2 thumbs down. Absolutely pathetic!

Manager is very rude. They have no signs saying you can't return an unopened phone charger after 7 days and then told me 2 weeks was having it over a month. When said excuse me to ask for the corporate number, she responded by saying, "what do you want now?" Then tried to take my receipt, refused to give me her name and gave me th wrong number. I have never been treated so rudely in my life!!!!

Store is nasty hazardous and disorganized. Store manager is HORRIBLE AND MEAN. Cashier unpleasant and doesn't know where anything is. Register always not working. Store is closed during BUSINESS HOURS. Just close this location down.

Do Not Shop Here! The employees ignore the customers. I kindly said hello to a lady employee (who was on her personal cell phone texting), she not only did not acknowledge me,, she ignored me! After unloading my shopping basket I put the basket in a cart full of merchandise parked near the checkout. She informed me I needed to put it back in the stack near the door. Because I said I would not she took my merchandise off the counter and sat it on the floor behind the counter and refused to ring up my purchase.This practice of employees being on their cell phones while on the clock should not be tolerated by employers. This was a pure case of disrespect to myself and All customers.

I could only post this by giving a star but my actual rating is NO stars due to my friend and I went into this location to shop with items already in buggy and arms and an employee took the buggy from us saying they were using it and we couldn't use it. And we left this location and went to search for a different store due to the rudeness of this incident.

Sunday manager is rude, and won't wear face covering per CoVid rules in Louisiana. Wants to make customers stay 12 ft apart, but won't wear face covering.Will not return to this location.
