You know i dont know what the deal is with Dollar Generals is . They are the messiest store Ive ever seen i mean dont they have enough shelves? Or are they so busy throwin g out the penny sale stuff we are t supposed to talk about they just dont get around to getting merchandise on the shelves and justLeave it blocking the shelves and isles. I guess if theyre gonna pay my dr bill if i fall and break a leg?

We stopped in to get a watch for our grandson for Christmas that my sister told me about and the cashier never spoke til i asked her if she knew where they were located in the store. All she said was to look down the toy isle. We saw 2 employees in the store and neither one asked if we needed help, even after we walked past them several times looking for the watch. I guess they do not want/need my money cuz I will not be back!!!! And no we never found the watch.

I went to the one in Richwood and they only had one register open and you could not go down the isles because all the new stock boxes were in the way so I did not get what I needed. Which was a wasted trip.

If there was a zero or a minus star I would rate it that the manager and the associate is both so rude and so mean I think they're racist there's only one woman in the whole store who's friendly and nice

Cashier very unfriendly. No eye contact. Basically throwing money at you. Other times, talking on phone the entire time.

Either it's not open on time or doors are locked before 10pm if you close at ten you should not lock doors at 9:50pm!
