My Doc called ahead to make sure they had my medicine I needed before I wasted a trip for nothing. They concurred that they did have my medication; while I was standing right there. Yet, after I drove out of my way wasting precious daylight. When I got there; I had to stand in line only to be told that they had none there. That they could order it, and for me to come back tomorrow. Then on top of everything else; the Lady was just rude!! 🤨

I just wrote a full page essay now I have to come on this site just to say the same thing again, I do not wish to work 10 hours at my own job that pays me just to come in and constantly have to do CVS on 165 North Sterlington Rd in Monroe La associates job, I don’t work for CVS, self checkout has really enabled your associates to not want to work and they see to it that they don’t, I don’t need a door greeter to greet me I need the ACTUAL persons that work there to do their job and check customers out, I don’t need you looking at me while I do your work for you, and it’s this one white whose very rude every time I shop with CVS, I don’t know if he’s a team lead or manager or what not I don’t care what he is, he does the same thing, “um, self check out is available, “lol” he no better than the rest of the associates, I see why the regular feel as if they don’t have to do any work the one “in charge” doesn’t so why should they feel like they have to, I tell you what to do, get rid of the registers and the employees at the front end and just keep the self check, I see no harm in that, be that we the customers do their job for them anyway, I hope the pharmacy does not pick up these traits otherwise I see a closing going out of business for CVS in the near future, your employees get “paid” to work, enforce that they actual do their job, CHECK/RING your customers items out at the registr!!!!! We’re CUSTOMERS, NOT EMPLOYEES!!!!!!

One guy down there is the RUDEST person ever ! I just had a script sent there a few weeks ago and this guy is ruthless !!!! I won’t be staying with this pharmacy. I will be transferring my script just as soon as they open tomorrow ! I remember now why I don’t use them. HORRIBLE service ! Cocky is an understatement.

They r so slow inside and at the window they have the worst cs... The pharmacy techs r very rude how do some of them stay employed... If u dont want ur job leave and find another one.... I am literally the 3nd car and I have been waiting for 30 mins to get waited on... I went on the inside 1st and dropped the script off and the tech looked at me tht was at the computer and went back to doin whteva he neva spoke was very rude wen he did come over....

Drive thru was so long ..this was today made no since on the wait time I went in and the car at window still hadn't been waited on .I'm use to them having the best service and wait time but my last couple times was nothing close.they where nice but the just didnt have enough people to service customers..

Bathroom sink was broken. When I informed the manager he said it was motion activated and when I said I realize that he then proceeded to explain how he hacks the problem by touching his hands to the sensor. Maybe he doesn't understand why there is a sensor. This guy manages an entire store.

I have been in line in the drive thru for forty minutes. I arrived at 5:30pm on a Wednesday. The line started with five people in front of me. There are currently three people in front of me.At this point it seems mail order would have been faster.Would not recommend.To make things worse, AT&T 5g internet only gets 1.5mb here, so I couldn't even watch TikTok while I waited in line.Good news though, Jimmy Johns delivers freaky fast even to CVS the drive-thru line.Also, the cashier was able to reduce the price of one of the medicines by $25. Adding a star for this.Total time spent in line: 55 minutes.

They text me when it’s time to refill a prescription; if the prescription doesn’t interact well with each other they advise me about the situation. They text me when my prescription is ready. If they do not have the prescribed medication I need; they order it and it comes the next day. The staff is very prompt in their responses. They will sometimes refill a prescription when you’re not ready for it, just text back NO or give them a call. Never a problem if you refuse.They are very professional and doesn’t turn a blind eye to your needs.

The staff always recognizes me when I walk in. They are always attentive to my needs. If they see a way to help me with the high expense of prescriptions they bring it to my attention. Even though I only know the staff from my CVS experiences I would consider them friends.

Don't waste your 20 minutes on hold waiting to speak with someone about picking up a prescription a few hours later. It still will NOT be ready when you get there!!This has happened to me and everyone else in line with me the past 15 times I went and called ahead.You still wait in line 20 minutes just to be told it's not ready and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes, then get back in line and wait in line again!!!!They obviously need to hire more people.

I took a friend of mine yesterday to this pharmacy to pick up syringes for his diabetes medicine because he forgot to bring everything with him on his visit. Went into the pharmacy and approached staff at pharmacy counter and asked for insulin over the counter, which is legal in Louisiana and asked about syringes which are also legal in Louisiana without a prescription."It is legal for adults to purchase syringes without a prescription at the pharmacy. In 2017, the Louisiana Legislature allowed for syringe access programs in the state, if local government authorized them (La R.S. 40:1024)."My friend has a prescription, but was told unless he used this pharmacy, he could not buy these items. I am encouraging my friend to contact the Louisiana State Board of Pharmacy and file a complaint.

This place use to be good. Now it's a joke, prescription called in from the dr. 2 days ago and cant call the pharmacy to see if it's ready. So I have to wait in a long line only to be told it's not ready... are you kidding me. I would rather take the inconvenience of walking my happy tail in target to the pharmacy instead of dealing with this place again

Every month latrisha Broussard is a problem trying to make life hard by giving false information and lying about what is in her system so you have to get your medicine late or not at all this little review won't do any good but will be contacting management

10 min wait to drop off the z pack and 25 min wait to pick it up! For something that comes in a box! It be quicker to turn around, pick up the pack vs explaining why it will take 25 min of waiting to get a box!
