Best Buy is one of my favorite stores to go to, and that is the only reason this got 3 stars. Monroe's Best But is empty of product. No one there to assist, and all registers closed stacking the line up over at the Geek Squad. On top of that they don't deactivate the security tag making the alarm go off as every customer left including mine.

My how things have changed. It's been years since I've been in best buy. Last time I went in there employees actually walked around and asked if you needed help with anything. We stood by the TVs for a good 20 minutes, not one person asked us if we needed any help. Then we walked around looking for starlink internet. No help. Things have changed. We are not ones to go up and ask for assistance as we feel we would be bothering the workers so we just did our own thing. There were plenty of employees though hanging around the front desk area. Ps we did find what we were looking for, would just be nice to see employees asking if you need help or have questions about something. Sad times.

Best Buy has the best prices. They make their money on the warranties, which sounds like a good deal when you're making a purchase. Good luck on ever getting them to honor a warranty they've sold, though! They make a profit by selling warranties and finding loopholes to not honor them!

This is the only Best Buy that we have problems with. Almost everything was empty when we looked at tablet screen protectors. We also asked an employee for help and he told us to meet him at the screen protectors. We waited he came over helped a few other customers and then walked off and never even acknowledged us. We just ended up having to order it because they didn't have what we needed.

Ordered a Fridge online and it is supposed to be from this store location. I have yet to receive my order. This store doesn't update the statuses of orders. It's been over a month. At this point its theft. They are refusing to answer the phone or give me my money back since the store delivery department is not updating the status of the order.

I didn't five star this place because of issues with their pickup after ordering online. Had to go in to get rhe order after waiting for 20 min. I also didn't go any lower on stars because it was Christmas time, and we all know how that gets. BUSY BUSY BUSY!!! Friendly staff, not or knowledgeable about some products, but overall A for effort!

They need more training. Some of the worst salespeople I ever saw. You believe what they tell you. Then you get an email stating differently. It's a complete rat race. And the rats are winning. First and last time I hope I ever have to go there. An experience I hope I never have to go through again. And I thought Walmart was bad. They both up there or maybe I should say down there. Please don't try to call the store they do not take calls. They are only about sales not at all about customer service.

Bought a large screen 4K TV this past weekend at my favorite Best Buy Store....I am beyond pleased with the above and beyond service and high-end products provided at my Monroe location store. I had a delivery setup issue... Chris the store manager took care of it on the spot, and truly listened....5 stars and beyond!!!

The store has always greeted me and handled my issues and questions professionally and quickly. The assistant manager and the geek squad manager are especially nice and helpful. I have been in a number of Best Buy stores but this is one of the best. On several occasions they have gone Way far and above to find an appropriate solution!!

Bought a gaming laptop from there that started having issues a few months later. The salesman recommended this one. I had selected something different. They acted like they didn't want to repair it and offered an amount for it that was absolutely insulting. Then, he told me to sell it on Facebook if i wanted more for it. Next time, i will stick with what I wanted rather than what they recommend.

It's a Best Buy, what can I say? They're all pretty fun to walk around if you're into that sort of thing. Of course the prices are a little bit higher than you can find online, but the people were nice and there were plenty of them. I was actually surprised there were so many employees ready to help me out. No complaints.

They didn't make their appt even though I purchased a "membership". Then they canceled because they're now out of the sale merchandise they were ready to deliver. Then customer service won't respond. I suggest STRONGLY that you never purchase a membership and watch for the old bait-and-switch.

Well organized store. 1st, I'd like to mention that after two visits, I've learned late at night that their regular registers are never open, but it's possible they're never open the entire day. Checkout is at the service desk. Within these two visits, I was treated with good service. I was easily able to purchase some items and return some items without issue. The prices were fair, but some items I desired were out of stock, and I could likely have saved a trip completely and ordered online. If stock isn't going to be available, I have no reason to visit a physical location.

Ordered a tv online. My order confirmation said the item would be ready in 1 hour. I showed up to the store 3 hours later and the item wasnt ready. It was fine because my wife was still shopping at other stores. The associate helping me let me know they get literally HUNDREDS of online orders per hour, so i cant expect them to have it ready in an hour. Weird he would add that piece of information. Another associate helped me and brought my tv up front. Great price!

The customer service is horrible, I watched the person in the phone accessories section tell people to go down the aisle to look for their own product. I had to ask him twice to help me find an item. No one wants to do business at a store where you can't even find someone to help you. The employees at the front door don't speak upon you entering or leaving either. Idk who's managing this place but you're doing a horrible job

The local Best Buy store Online Order Pickup area frequently is slow and that could be a staffing issue. I had to wait longer than one would expect to pickup my order. HOWEVER, a super nice manager or assistant manager finally saw me standing there and jumped behind the register to get me going. From that point on, I was a happy camper.Thanks to you Sir!!

I purchased a s22 ultra cell phone in november. I paid for it outright. Also got the two year plan with geek squad. I dropped it and cracked the screen. I literally walked in the store with my damaged phone and the same day. I walked out with an S23 ultra. The only thing I had to purchase was a new phone case. Overall experience was amazing

My only complaint I could have is one purchase I made on an open-box product claimed it was working as intended, but it failed to work at all; other than that, I have nothing negative to say, and it was an isolated incident among a sea of positive experiences.

Just not what be they used to be. I’m guessing that with the Internet and online ordering, there’s no need to keep a large inventory anymore. Shame.They had what I needed to solve an “emergency” situation but I paid for it.

Ordered a tv online for curbside pickup. Got the message it was ready so I went to the store, parked, and went through the app to inform them I was there. After 15 minutes, no one showed up… at 10:30am on a slow Monday. Canceled order and bought the same tv from Walmart. At least they actually brought out what I paid for. Do not offer curbside pickup if you can’t actually provide the service

I picked up an item that I had ordered and the process was very easy. The agent was very nice and considerate, it's an item that I can use for cooking purposes. I catch some really nice bargains at Best Buy with the Deal of the Day.

Stellar customer service! The app is great. I ordered ps5 game, for pickup, for the nephew's Xmas gift from Target. 2 days later, the order was still processing. I canceled and ordered from Best Buy. It was ready in 2 hours.... ON DECEMBER 24TH! Best Buy is awesome.
