Walmart had exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was great, and didn't just point to where the item I was looking for or tell me about where it should be, they walked over to it, and showed me where it was in the shelves.Shout out to the Walmart employee who was cleaning the parking lot picking up the trash.

I had some photos printed on the kiosk from my phone yesterday, I want to say it was maybe around 3:00 or so. I hate that I didn't get the associates name. He was the only male at the counter at the time, had a beard. He went way and beyond the customer service requirements in my opinion. So helpful, so friendly, offered to trim my edges for me so they'd be frame ready for me. I told him I just got back from Seattle after spending two weeks up there with my son and he was even knowledgeable of the area and gave me some places to try and see if I have a chance to get back up there. If anyone is deserving of a raise or even some special recognition, it's this young man. He was very sincere and really seemed to enjoy helping me. I'm going to try to find him and get a name but I hope you can find it from your scheduling.

Got stopped while walking out the door at 6:30 am,after working a 12 hour night shift, and harrased because I could not locate my receipt for a $15.00 fan. I had to argue with this lady for 10 minutes until the very nice lady who checked me out told her to leave me alone I had paid for everything I had. I had over $100 worth of stuff and she gonna hassle me over a fan.

I'd really rather shop anywhere else. The grocery pickup is pretty good at this location, those guys are nice. But the company as a whole sucks,a lot of the inside employees have terrible attitudes. The company won't even honor prices they have marked OR price match prices from their own app in store. The Walmart company as a whole is garbage, as is the customer service.

The Minden Walmart is my go-to location. There are a couple of employees that are very nice every time I go. I wish I could remember their name. They greet me at the door. I always go early in the morning. Most of the time I can get what I need.

I would give no stars if i could. I returned a lotion that gave me an allergic reaction and the customer service lady was very rude about it. She said "why are you returning this half empty bottle?" And im like For one B it was not empty and for two why the attitude, and then my sister sneezes and the lady got all weird and asked if she could step back, for one my sister had bad allergies and takes meds for it and for two why the attitude AGAIN. If your not going to say anything nice don't say anything at all, period!. Definitely not happy about this situation.

I really learned my lessonI ordered online, made Partial payment I was short $11 so I got a $20gift card after getting home to pay the $11 it changed to $20 i owed in 2 hours the price changed I paid hoping I would be able to get $8.60 refunded back to me through email I was told 8.14 will be returned I didn't see it so I emailed back and the new person thought I wanted to see when my items will arrive stupid guy then told me I will not get a return And that I should get hold of my financial institution to get a refund and I paid with a Walmart gift card how is that?I will not buy online nor will I ever trust Walmart again

My experience at this Walmart was really good. Everything was organized and the 5 staff members I spoke with where quite friendly. They were all friendly and personable. Their selection and organization is better than the Walmart nearest to my home. I will certainly frequent it the next time I am traveling in this area.

I really want to give four stars only because of the team that does the curbside pick up. Making my order online and having a team that picks up my groceries and brings them to my vehicle is a Service that is really unbeatable. Those ladies and guys work their tails off and they are very professional always kind always with a smile, it doesn’t matter who it is, or what time good job that crew. Some of the workers inside the store on the other hand I can’t say the same for I did say some not all there have been times where I needed help and people who may not have even been in the right department went out of their way to help me find what I needed. Of course this was before I could have access to the Walmart app which pretty much explains exactly where a certain item is in the store that is a game changer, but there have been times in the past where certain employees when asked for help could care less about what I needed, that is a major turn off and had me going to other stores to spend more money strictly because of the lack of care and service with some of the employees again I say I would have given three stars if not for the professional and good temperament of the staff, who does the online shopping in curbside pick up thank you for all you do

Some of the staff at this Walmart should give up their jobs to someone who really cares about the customers. I needed white poster boards. The rack said .44 for white poster boards. I placed 4 in my shopping cart. At the check out they rang up .97. After looking at my receipt I went over to customer service to let them know what happened regarding the price difference. The clerk behind the counter called another lady over. She said I can let you have 2 but I can't let you have all 4 at that price. I told her about the price on the rack. I was told that they were probably put in the wrong. I explained to them that I read the sticker on the rack and it said, "White Poster .44." Evidently it was time for her to get off work and she called another lady over. This lady walks up and is told what happened. She then tells me that the other lady was doing me a favor for saying that she could let me have 2 at that price because they are allowed to let the customer have only one. There was attitude all over the place. I said no thank you and give me my money back. The problem wasn't with the clerk. It was with the customer service manager. I guess she's a manager. She should be educated on how to treat people. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

Walmart is the worst customer friendly store I have ever shopped. I ONLY go in when I am left no choice. The constant changing merchandise around so that customers have to look for items and the loss of wifi in the store so you can't compare prices.. JUST UNREAL AND SO UNETHICAL. Let's not even start on having no cashiers and self checkout nightmare. Then we have the in store creepers that follow people around to make sure you are not stuffing a roast down your bra. Do BETTER OR JUST QUIT.

Ordered cake 1 week ago. Got a phone call 3 hours before pickup. Said the icing I ordered was on recall. Why didn't they tell me in time to cancel and order elsewhere. Walmart doesn't care about customers no matter what they say. You get screwed at every turn. I asked for discount because I wasn't getting what I ordered they said no way.
