Just went to buy some chicks and couldn't find an employee to help me so I decided to look for an incubator and hatch my own. Couldn't find anything. Told the cashier I came for chicks but nobody would help and instead of offering to help she just said "oh". Great job guys.

In search of the perfect gift for Christmas, I traveled from Texas to the Minden, Louisiana store. The entire team was extremely helpful and within a short period, my item was loaded and I was on the road. The most impressive aspect of the visit - customer satisfaction. Upon inspection of my item, I noticed black marks on the seat. The manager quickly arrived and within minutes had a replacement for me. The entire team left an everlasting impression. I hope I am blessed to shop at the Minden Tractor Supply in the future.

Always very helpful staff and if they are out of product they can tell you when it is expected to arrive. Love their loyalty point system and coupons/sales program.

I like coming here. The folks here are friendly and eager to help. The range of products they carry is incredible! You can get anything from a pair of pants to a trailer axle. Don't forget to check the clearance aisle in back.

So busy with no help. Had to climb the shelf to get what I needed off the top. Helped someone load their car because no one would come out to help. My cashier was friendly though, the other one was not.

The people that work there are five stars no problem very nice people very willing to help...... But Tractor Supply itself unfortunately is starting to sell way too much cheap Chinese stuff they do still sell some quality items but the prices are way too expensive on decent items and too expensive even on the cheap Chinese stuff...

0 of 4 orders have been complete. In-store pickup and ship to store. The staff can't help with customer service of ship to store orders, but they don't even know the corporate customer service number you need to call.I'm not sure if it's isolated to this particular store or if it's a corporate wide issue, but all the staff need retraining. e.g., One guy told another to go get my ship to store order from the back and I could see him through the window go to the back and eat a bag of chips. The other guy had to finally go get my order for me.

This Tractor Supply has the typical assortment of items as the other stores I've been too. They have the cheap tool bin up front, a decent welding section, a good trailer section, and so on. You can buy small C25 welding gas bottles here, which is good to know if you run out on the weekend. I bought a big Cannon gun safe from this store in 2017 at a very good price. I asked them and they let let me store it there in the back for a couple of months until I was ready for it. They didn't have to do that, but it was very helpful for me.

Awesome service in the pet supply dept when I took a person in looking for a product for his dog. Hands down he was pleased as well as I was with the knowledge of the staff member of the lady whom assisted us.

We needed 2 plugs.There was only one. I wanted a 20 percent protein lay pellet and you had nothing in a 50 pound bag.Sorry Tractor Supply,I will stick with My hometown Feed Store.Nobody ever even offered to help us.

I love this place! I buy my cutting and welding gases there. The big companies no longer have us hobbiests by the howdy do if we want to buy welding gas.

We bought a gun safe I specifically asked the employee if they had one still in cardboard and three times he said yes we came back the next day to get it and he had lied to us about it being covered . So we had to come back the next day with moving blankets because we live two hours from there to get it so we loaded it and I had to call back into the store to ask for the combination to get it open they had no paperwork for it if we hadn't had it loaded they would have got it back moral of this awful tale is do not shop here their employees do not know what customer service is !!!

Usually out of stuff at this particular store. Always have me pull around back to load feed and forget I’m back there. Ruston is a lot nicer

Hadn't been to this store and from the reviews it's great ... my experience not so much ... I called to find a particular item ... I guess I speak a foreign (english) language as I have to repeat myself and then get stuck on hold for five minutes .... guess I will just order online from amazon or something ...
