Cashiers need some training. Don’t make your customers feel like criminals when we have to scan and bag our own groceries. I understand that theft may be a problem with self checkouts, but you have cameras and employees everywhere. I don’t need a cashier standing over me and making me feel uncomfortable while I’m spending 300 dollars in groceries. Do some training on people skills for your employees and maybe your store wouldn’t get such a bad rep.

I bought a $40 item that was packaged in a box only to find that it was NOT the item, but filled with junk. I suspect someone returned the item and the store did not inspect the contents before reselling it.I immediately went back to the store to address it. I was refused a refund and only offered an exchange for the only other beat up box available. Asset Protection Associate "Kelly" was unhelpful and accusatory - heavily implying that I WAS the scammer despite being the victim. No accountability or apology on their part for having a box of junk on the shelf to sell to an unassuming customer.Worst retail experience of my life.

Walmart wouldn't be a bad place to shop if it wasn't for their associate not putting up stock when shelves are empty knowing they have stock. Then if you are in electronics, sports, or some other spec ialty division of store and need help, no one plus other employee know where the associates who work there are. Plus they seem to not know how to get these people out of bathroom or breakroom. Why do associates park in areas that are need for customers? They should have a designated location to park, but not where customers park. You can go into home department and find an associate there, but fat chance of that associate waiting on you. Their chief complaint is they don't work in that section. So if they don't work in Home, what section do they work at and why are they not in assigned area?Since Sam Walton passed on the stores are just stores with associates not caring about their jobs.

At this time, if you are looking for something while queuing, and someone finally sees it and brings it to you, I think it must be his job, so he understands, but the person in front of me seems to have some problem. For a few minutes, the man kept repeating that he should go and ask. In the end, he actually went and asked. Yes, it was Gregory who was very patient. Seeing that he asked very detailed questions, I think he saved some money for him to, What I want to say is that some people will answer that this is not my department and I can’t walk away and let you deal with it. He is really a very caring and responsible young man. This store They are lucky to have you ,I also wish you have very good future and good years ❤️👍

The store was very busy with only a couple of cashiers open. Lines were too long! The self checkout lines were lengthy! The only pleasant part of the wait was the Self Checkout Head Cashier who was pleasant, polite, and friendly. She actually took the time to engage customers in conversation and help with any register issues. This cashier went above and beyond in assisting customers!

A very large store! We were visiting LA from Canada and started our 5 day trip by getting snacks & a small cooler. Friendly staff. Check out person was very Scattered but nice.

Store was well stocked. Very clean, organized, and pleasant to shop. I was thrilled to see the variety show f Christmas items already out. As a crafter this is important for us to prepare for upcoming fall festivals. I also really like the scan and go tho a bit tight there were employees to assist and keep things flowing.

This particular store blew me away, with the FULLY STOCKED BAR at the front of the store, I mean l learned a thing or two. I'm from Tennessee and was leaving the area to go back home from my cruise. My daughter likes this store because of a brand of sausage, that's very popular item in that area.

Better than most. Definitely better than in the city or the West Bank. Wish any of them actually paid a living wage, or that we had more locally owned cost effective shopping options. Welcome to late stage capitalism, I guess.

Typical Walmart, no drivable motorized carts for people that need assistance. I spoke with one of their employees and she informed me 4 or 5 carts needed replacement batteries. The others were NOT plugged in to recharge the batteries. I saw two in the parking lot and were drained of the battery. Apparently the other carts were. In use. Doesn't Walmart make billions of dollars? They certainly can afford to buy another 25 or 30 carts to help the people that truly need to utilize these carts. Senior citizens, handicapped people or just people trying to let their bodies heal from injuries have a right to shop and have the ability to do so without the risk of falling down by using a cart!!!

When Mr wal was alive Walmart was a wonderful store to shop at now it's a headache you go there to make groceries the shelves be empty then you have to go and check your own groceries bag your groceries and then pay them if they don't see something wrong with that picture they're going to lose so many customers or maybe they just don't care because they certainly showing the customers that they don't care about them and that is my experience with Walmart I'd rather go to Winn-Dixie or Rouses are suppardos I'm really just sick of Walmart and I speak for many others and that's how I feel about Walmart and that's why I gave them one star.

Ordered on the app, drove to pick it up and they told me one of the items was sold out/ unavailable. I walked into the store and there was an entire shelf of my product. This staff is lazy! Ordering on the app does not make it quicker when you have to walk in and grab the items yourself due to sheer laziness!

The truth is that there are Walmart staff working there and they treat you reluctantly and treat a Hispanic person racistly and from what I understand they have to treat well the people we go to buy at supermarkets like Walmart, the largest in the United States.

The customer services is undeniably the worst. The employees including management are unprofessional, and refuse to help with any assistance. Because of the many uncomfortable experiences I’ve experienced I believe Walmart has become one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever shopped in resent years

Canceled an order for a bike the day of pick up, during Christmas. Customer service then immediately hung up the phone upon finally reaching someone. Complete lack of empathy, customer service, never going again. 0/10

I thought the gnats flying around the onions and other produce were bad enough, but this was the icing on the cake as I was looking for cheese… Absolutely repulsed by the dead flies just laying on the cheese. This place is disgusting and needs a DEEP clean. Definitely worth spending a little extra money and going to Rouses next time!

Your average Walmart with a good variety of selections and affordability. The selections are suited to local wants and needs, there may be a few familiar items you cannot find due to this fact. The pharmacy staff was considerably pleasant and helpful.

For us handicap, this doesn't favor us at all. The mobile wheelchair carts don't work, and the one that works doesn't reverse. Manger and door attendance tell you that I handicap must go out get own cart.

Just terribleNot my usual Walmart but that one had a fire tonight and had to run across town to this oneI came for 2 things a furnace filter & a kitchen garbage can.The furnace filters was just a huge mess! Half of them were so severely damaged ther is no way they could possibly function properly. Yet still on the shelf at full price!The one garbage can I wanted didn't have any lids in it. So I went and asked the person stocking the next aisle where to find them. She said those came damaged and there are no lids! Yet still on the shelf at full price! Walking around was a nightmare. Either the employees will run you down or the stock piles will block your every move. The main center aisle along the back was completely blocked with pallets of stock.same for the only 2 aisles to get to the front of the store. So if you're in automotive and a fire broke out you'd had to go to the back wall run that down as far as you can and hope you can cut through the clothing department just to get out.Unsafe & unfair.Just horrible!
