I really enjoy actually shopping and seeing items over ordering online. Plus the rates were very competitive. They have a great selection, it's practically impossible to find a Blanc Vermouth and they had one in stock and more affordable than sweet vermouth. They also have a good selection of bitters also some rare ones you don't find in other big box stores or liquor stores. And I've looked and price shopped everywhere.They are well organized and offer some interesting options to taste. Definitely recommend to give it a look for your wine, liquor, beer, and cigar needs.

I love Total Wine, aka the Adult Playground. I enjoy going there. I have found some great libations there. When I get a suggestion of something to try, I go to the Total Wine app and look to see if it's available at my local and the price. My bar has a lot of bottles and stuff you that is hard to find or is unknown to the average person. I have to set a budget every time I go there. So many drinks..........so little time. Plus, the humidor is nice. I don't smoke, but I know people that do, so I looked through the cigar selection. I wish there was a Total Wine on the Westbank. HEY, Total Wine Headquarters.......please find a spot on the Westbank in New Orleans!!!!Update:Total Wine is still the Adult Playground. I wish there was a way to taste some of the selections there. At times I am down to a few choices and there is paralysis by analysis. I've picked up some good rums that are more like bourbon than rum. I like a good bourbon but I have an purpose for both. Have two in one isn't the vibe I was looking for.

Incredible selection of wine, beer, and liquor at very reasonable prices. Also, look in the locked cabinets for the we hard to find, expensive stuff. Lastly, look on the shelf for a randomly placed allocated bottle. They put them out to reward customers for dropping in and shopping!

Everything is usually available, and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable or can give you the best information on your decision and what's good or upcoming. Plus there's always local vendors and samples to try and a really great cigar collection! A+

WOW! What an experience, I've never seen a wine & liquor store this big in my life. So many options, so many new things. They were having a wine tasting too. Every other aisle the staff was checking to see if we needed any assistance, in a great way! There is a refrigerated area for all your cold beverage needs. A humidor with a wide selection of cigars... just an all around amazing store. A must visit whenever you are near one.

So much wine! This is the place to go for booze. There was such a large variety of all of the things lolWhile looking for a gin, a staff member came out to help us without being asked and proceeded to give us a tasting. He was very knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing one of the bottles that we tasted. Oh, there's also a cigar room.Prices are decent!

They have a lot of options here, we are not from here and you can bring kids in this place. We seen a woman wine tasting with a child in a cart.Back home anyone under 21 can't even enter.

I love this place! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of an experience during checkout. It’s worth mentioning that masks are required due to COVID 19. When checking out, a guy came back in to ask the employee if he had left his cell phone. He didn’t have a mask on and was all in my personal space. Super irritating!! Anyways, back to my review! I’ve been wanting to visit since opening day and decided to arrive at 9am on a Friday. I thought there wouldn’t be many guests there but I was wrong! The store is huge and has the best selection I’ve ever seen...and there’s a separate cigar room with a huge selection as well. I spent about an hour here and still didn’t get to look around like I wanted to. I needed some items from a locked case and was able to push a button for assistance. 10 seconds later, a staff member arrived. Now that’s great customer service! Every staff member I came in contact with was great and they all seemed to enjoy their job. The prices are very fair and you can order online for pickup. I believe they deliver in certain areas also. Upon leaving, the other guest and I looked at each other and said “that was fun!” Needless to say, this will now be my go to place for keeping my bar stocked at home.

I am 21 and of legal age to buy alcohol. I had somebody with me and was refused my items because they were underage and didn’t show an id. I don’t see the issue as I presented my ID and even after i tried to go in another line by myself was still refused. I will never come back here.

Andy the manager with an attitude stated that it was state law to check everyone's ID that is in a group together even if the person isn't buying anything. When I explained that my Niece didn't have ID and that there isn't a state law that says that, he says "it's a minor store policy". But couldn't provide the policy nor was it written any where on the door. As a Grand Reserve member you can guarantee I will not shop there again and my money will go to Martin's Wines and other local businesses.

I have been to many TWM stores and this one is also great. National brands and local are present throughout. I was shopping for bourbon and found something not available where we are from. Good selections and overall good prices.

. Today, my 19 year old accompanied my 26 year old to purchase a few cases of wine for an event I’m hosting. At the checkout, my 26 year old who was purchasing the wine was carded which is fair. However, my 19 year old who was only there to help his brother load the car, was also asked for ID. When he showed his ID, both of my sons were asked to leave the store. Ten minutes later, when my husband and I arrived, my sons returned to the store and customer service explained all was well because we the parents were now accompanimg the 19 year old. The gal at customer service barked that the 19 could only be let in with a legal guardian, not a 26 year old brother because it is a corporate rule. I then explained that parents are always parents, but after an adult child turns 18, parents are no longer legal gaurdians, so there is no difference between my son and myself being with the 19 year old because neither one of us is a legal guardian.So total wine team, your corporate rule makes no sense. Your silly policy replaced one adult for another without either situation providing any legal authority/ gaurdianship over a 19 year old adult.How about not allowing adults between the ages of 18- 20 inside the stores instead of keeping a silly policy that switches one non legal guardian for another non- legal guardian. Because 19 year olds are adults, and unless they are deemed incompetent, they do not have legal guardians. Not even their parents. So silly and ignorant and your smug customer service worker is an ignoramous who couldn’t even process that my husband and I weren’t our 19 year olds legal guardians.

My fav place ever!! Best prices & selections! My Only complaint is the last 5 times (in 3 months) I’ve gone… they never restock the Lamarca Prosecco in the cooler :/ so I’m always stuck buying it room temp & have to go home and cool it! Just not idea when you’re on your way to a party/ need it right away! (I have literally walked across the store and grabbed a few bottles a placed it in the empty cooler for others to have chilled Prosecco)

Absolutely horrible! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I walked in today & I kindly asked a man clearly with uniform on and he laughed then stated to go find someone who can help with white uniform on after presenting myself with an exact photo of what I needed then as I reach the register the cashier ignores me mind you I’m the one one with the bottle in hand then quickly asks my coworker to pull out her ID she then asked me and I present her my ID. She scans the wine bottle I went for then she states it isn’t scanning meaning, things get put in the shelf without tagging sounds PERSONAL. Anyways she proceeds to let a nice white woman in white long collard shirt & the lady kicks me out & Denys selling to me at all today.

Huge collection of anything and everything, however what sets them apart are the employees. There depth of knowledge and willingness to help make total wine trips memorable every time. I say total wine is the REI of alcohol enthusiasts!

11/14/23 Went today cause the app said that my favorite beverage was in stock. Drove a few miles out of my way to get there. I live in Ponchatoula and the Mandeville location does not carry it. But even though the app said it was in stock, neither I nor an employee could find it. I had purchased it before and found it in the cooler, but it was not there. So I went to an alternate beverage which the app said was in stock. However neither of us could find it either. So the bottom line is that you can not trust the app. The employee told me the best thing to do was call. But if I have to call, why use the app? No app is better than an incorrect app. A good app is wonderful, but no app is better than a lying app. A working app is a great idea.

Total Wine is a wonderful place to get just about any kind of liquor you need. Even though this is the first time I've gone to TW and they were out of stock of what I wanted, it's still a wonderful place with amazingly helpful and friendly staff. I'll be back for sure.

Not only do they have a great selection of wines, liquors and beers. The have GREAT selection of cigars, too many to choose from. It's kinda an adult liquor attraction...YOU WILL ENJOY 😃

This is the liquor store of all liquor stores.you name it they probably have it, except blantons.🤦 but when i say they have wine ,boy do they.i think i spent more time looking at the different wines than anything else. My new favorite store in metarire.
