Routine visit. Staff was very attentive, and Dr. was very informative and personable. My furbabies seem to be very comfortable in their care and that's what counts.

Nice pet store with reasonable prices, a good selection of cat products, grooming services, and kittens available for adoption.Today there was a queue at the cash desks, but within a couple of minutes, an additional cashier came up. So we didn't wait so long.The staff is helpful and friendly.But their barely alive fish in jars at the entrance makes me sad every time...

Cheyenne is extremely rude and condescending. She treats people like they are stupid. I caught her rolling her eyes at 3 customers before she even got to me. I usually have great experiences here but after her I am rethinking shopping at this location. If u could give negative stars I would!!

Got an aquarium from here and started leaking before the month was over. Unfortunately the box was thrown out because I didn’t anticipate this having such a problem this early on. The look that I got from the cashier was enough to make me never wanna purchase anything from here again. My tank was already established. I had my plants and my betta in this 10 gal and I woke up to a puddle of water on the floor. My furniture was also ruined. I don’t think anyone would want to embarrass themselves like this but I didn’t have a choice. I didn’t want to lose $100. I also called customer service BEFORE I WENT and they said they had to take it back because it was defective and it didn’t matter if I had the box or not; it was in the 30 day return window. But the lovely cashier gave me side eye and was making remarks to their coworkers passing who were also staring by saying things like “I know right?!” Also saying “who did you talk to??” Implying that I was lying almost. I don’t really know what her problem is if she’s just anxious and she’s taking it out on customers but I’m over the attitude and disrespect from her so I will not be going back because this isn’t the first time. I would advise everyone to take their business to Harahan or New Orleans or even the west bank rather than come here and be berated.

Very unhappy with the banfield veterinarian clinic. Her appt was for 1130am. Was never told we had to leave her until we arrived. Raised concerns about discharge coming from her eyes etc. Was not called till 4:30 pm. I called one time before then to check up as they said they would l be notified with updates in case it was late. My concerns were never addressed. They kept her the entire day in her carrier and only trimmed her nails. When we got home, she was so thirsty and scared. Would not recommend.

The store smells TERRIBLE, despite the fact that there were no animals in sight.It took us about 30 mins to get someone to finally come to the pick-up station to get our info and give us our pickup order. And he acted very inconvenienced towards us for it. Won't be going back to this location

Couldn't find anyone to help me find the items I was looking for. Not much customer service to speak of although the products look clean and reasonable choices. Full range of different pet products. They have done well working in a reasonably small space for a "big box" store

It's pretty good but lots of out of stock items and stuff is pretty messy no matter what day or time you go, they sometimes will price match to chewy sometimes won't, staff are mixed bag, some look like indentured workers others are happy/greeting you

Of course, who doesn't love animals? Especially when they sell pretty much everything you're looking for. Yet, this time, I got lucky and grabbed a hamster 🤗. I'm so in love. But just to let you know, they sell all male animals here. So now I have to find a female😉

Almost every single time I’ve gone to this location getting fish is such a hassle. The employees completely ignore you, or have a terrible attitude as if I’m interrupting their day. I will definitely travel to go to a different pet store.

DONT NOT BUY FISH FROM HERE. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY….. I bought fish from here 3 times. And every time they all die within 24 hours…. I have a fish tank with fish that I’ve had for years and never head a problem with fish I’ve bought from any other stores. But this store. Something is wrong with their fish. You minds well just throw your money away if you go to this location.

I took my pet to get groomed here on Mother's Day. Everyone was so nice when we walked in and we were greeted immediately. They asked if I would like a call when she was ready and I stated that I would. She confirmed the first three digits of my phone number and then I left. After about 3 hours, i was starting to worry. I checked my email and I had gotten several alerts that she was ready but they did not follow up with a phone call.I go to the store and was immediately asked if I was there to pick up my dog and that she had been waiting for another hour for me and it was mother's day. I told her that I did not get a call and I would never leave her if she was ready. The woman was obviously upset. We go to check out and she asks me my phone number; it was wrong in the system. I apologized over and over but I really felt bad, both for the associate and my dog.Everything worked out but I have learned my lesson to confirm the entire number before leaving and maybe making an appointment earlier in the day.I would definitely recommend it and the price point is unbeatable!

Clean store. Friendly staff. However the animal encoders do not seem well kept. Many of the animals you can tell are stressed and not well taken care of. Really sad to see. Wish they would take better care of their animals. I specifically noticed the leopard gecko an chameleon looked very stressed and unhealthy during this visit.

If I could leave 0 stars I would because the service was terrible!! There was no signs that any of the tanks had ich so I got some fish for my ALREADY ESABLISHED TANK within the next 2 days my tank had ich and then within the next 14 days my tank started dying!! The lady helping us got fish was even nervous about selling us the fish because a couple of days prior the tank had ich and the manager told her to take the signs off!!Don’t buy fish from here unless you plan on starting fresh.

They sill have the "mask required " sign up, so I ran back to my truck to get my mask. Only to walk in and find I was the only one wearing one. I asked the cashier about it, and she didn't really give a good answer, and seemed offended that I asked about it. But even with all that, they have the best prices.
