Jennifer did an excellent job with my dog, Roux’s, grooming. This was her first big haircut so she still had a lot of puppy hair that was getting matted easily, no matter how much I brushed her. Their staff do an amazing job on trimming and filing nails. They consistently cut my pups nail shorter and smoother than the vet. Highly recommend for any pet and especially nervous pets.

Got service from grooming salon for nail trim and buffing. Groomer cut the quick and cause bleeding but never told me. Will never go to Petco again.

I absolutely love coming into this store. They treat my fur baby as one of their own. I leave there knowing that my poops is being taken care of with no worries. Jennifer is the best! She makes sure my boy has top notch grooming services and the entire team is wonderful. Teiarra and Cyndi are both incredible too for always looking after him!!

The groomers were extremely knowledgeable and were able to ask the right questions so I could make the right decisions. They gave my dog a good cut, and my dog was happy leaving the grooming salon. They made a direct connection with my dog as well as myself. They also worked to help me get a discount on the grooming, and helped me work through the app when I was having issues with it. Overall a great experience.

Just took my old girl Cloe there because she is struggling with her hind legs. Dr Stafford and her staff are professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable. When we arrived Ashley greeted us and was very caring and kind. She even brought Cloe a blanket to lay on so she did have to lay in the cold floor. So sweet! I love that Dr Stafford got on the floor with Cloe and didn’t make her get in some high metal table to exam her. She made Cloe feel loved and comfortable. I’m so impressed with everything they said and did there. Looks like we found a new Vet for our fur babies!

It was faster than expected, and Millie's coat was SO soft. She seemed so happy to be there, and Ingrid was SO nice. My hope is this helps cut down on her shedding. If it does, we will definitely be repeat customers.

The entire staff was AMAZING! Sherrie booked my Yorkies right away so I could catch a flight! I was running late picking them up and the store manager had someone call me to tell me they would wait for me to get there! It was the absolutely best grooming job on my Yorkies in the last 3 years!

While I appreciated Petco Grooming squeezing us in, they failed to let us know that one of their groomers had cut my dog right under his neck, which still bleeds. I strongly recommend that you completely scan your pup if you choose petco during pickup to insure that they don’t have any cuts.
