After trying several other dog groomers in town this place has truly earned our business. They do such a good job! Communicate what you want at the front desk and that is what they deliver. And our pup loves it! We also love the system they have. Set the appointment for a certain day, drop your dog off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon. No set appointment times is super helpful for a busy lifestyle.Edit. Just got another cut and came to leave another 5 star review but apparently Google only lets you leave one review. This place is awesome. Definitely don't hesitate to bring your pets here. Mine is so happy every time we pick him up and the grooms are always 5 star!

From the staff to the services provided, Pet Palace is the best. Just recently, my husband and I rescued a sweet pup who has severe anxiety. We had been told he hates the groomer. Once we brought him to pet palace, we explained our situation to the owner, Jill, who was beyond amazing and wholeheartedly understanding with our new guy and his situation. She agreed with us that the most important thing was to make sure he was comfortable and never became too stressed out .His first day there turned into an easygoing “hangout day” just to get used to the staff and new surroundings. He returned soon after to receive his first long overdue haircut! We couldn’t be happier to have found our true grooming and daycare companion in Pet Palace for our new guy - now getting all the love he’s long deserved.

My nearly 12 year old catahoula always comes home looking & feeling great after her grooming here. She has separation anxiety and never looks stressed coming home. Would definitely recommend.

Pet Palace Killed my dog!!! Do Not Trust them with your pet!!! I boarded my German Shepherd in the Pet Penitentiary for around 10 days and only when my return flight was delayed did they contact me to inform me that my dog was deathly ill and needed immediate attention (they were going to give me back a sick dog on his death bed). When he arrived at the vet and they weighed him in, he had lost nearly 50 lbs since we dropped him off! He also had an infection that got into his blood and ultimately his heart. He fought for his life in the ICU for another 10 days before passing away. Pet Palace still charged me for the boarding and refused any compensation for the nearly $10,000 in vet bills to try to keep him alive. There is a special place in hell for these people!!!

This is the best grooming facility I've been to. It is clean, has excellent groomers and is such a friendly and loving atmosphere. The service is always spectacular and Jill the owner is always there making service personable. My pup comes home happy each and every time. ❤️❤️

Had a terrible experience with my last groomer at a different place so I decided to give Pet Palace a try. My dog came back happy and looking better than ever. My dog isn't the easiest to groom so I was transparent with them about her behavior. They did a fantastic job, highly recommend!! Thank you for making my Cercie look AMAZING! I appreciate your patience & professionalism with me as well as my dog. It's something the last place I was using was seriously lacking. I will update my review with a photo next time she comes in which will be soon.

To the owner who lost their companion. As caring as Jill is about her clients and their owners , I find it very unrealistic that no remorse was shown. I am a Realtor and had multiple offers on a home. A client of one of the offers, that did not get the home, wrote a terrible review about me. Sometimes I wonder about that review, was it really necessary to write the horrible things about me.Words are like bullets, you can’t take them back. Anger and grief can be used as something to punish. I am so sorry about your loss. I have 3 pups, myself, I love the care at Pet Palace. I have used long term boarding and all services. I am pleased with all. 🙏🏻

My dog Merry and I absolutely love pet palace!! She has the best time playing with the other dogs when we board her and she always looks beautiful after a bath and a fresh cut!! The staff is wonderful!!

Pet Palace killed our beloved German Shepherd. We boarded both of our dogs at their horrifically negligent facility. During their 9-10 day stay, one of our dogs lost nearly 40 pounds!! He contracted a drug resistant staph infection at their dump of a facility, wasn’t eating or drinking for the duration of his stay, and they failed to act or even alert us until he collapsed.He was admitted to the ICU at Med Vet, where we spent over 10k trying to save him, but he died in agony. These people are monsters. No apology, no remorse whatsoever. If love your pets, don’t let these awful, negligent people near them.

My dog (Picasso) Loves Jill so much that he would sit at her feet and wait on his turn... Me and my wife worked 12 hrs + days for a while and we was able to trust Jill with a key to our apartment and she would pick him up a couple times a week and drop him off if needed. She always did a great job grooming as well and he came home smelling fabulous. We(he) really misses the whole staff. Since we moved we still haven't found a permanent place. PET PALACE IS THE BEST! Our Bichon Misses Jill!!!!!!

Jill is so sweet and you can tell she really cares about the pups! She did a fabulous job on my dog Oscar’s hair cut and even asked me to send her the pictures I had of the previous hair cut I liked on him. He got to play with the other dogs all morning, then had a bath and a groom. His cut is perfect! Exactly what I asked for. And he smells fabulous! I can tell he had a great time. If I lived in New Orleans full time, I would take him there for daycare too! We will definitely go back there for his next groom when I’m back in town. Couldn’t be happier!

My pups and I love pet palace. The staff is so friendly and my dogs literally cannot wait to go! As soon as they see the leashes come out they get all excited! As soon as we pull up and I open the door to the car the jump out and run to the entrance and wait(very impatiently) for me to catch up with them and let them in! We have also used them for boarding and grooming! I'm not sure how much I can emphasize how much we love them!! 100% recommend for boarding, daycare, or grooming!!!

My Bernadoodle. Gracie, went to Pet Palace and fell in love with it. So she not only goes on her grooming day, but she also goes when I need to work. She gets to play and hang out with the other dogs, big and small, as well as with the staff. Ronnie plays with the dogs and keeps them entertained, so that when I pick her up, she has had a full day, just like me. Great place. Great staff. Great owner and groomer, Jill! They know dogs and it shows!

I attempted to book an appointment for my two babies. I’m in the market for a new groomer as I have been dissatisfied with my prior groomer and salon. I called Pet Palace in hopes of booking an appointment but I had concerns after several unhappy visits with our last groomer. I tried to express these concerns with the lady I was speaking with at Pet Palace. Instead of listening to my concerns and attempting to make me feel at ease with leaving my babies with them, she proceeded to say, “let me take down your name and number and let the owner know about your situation to see if your dogs would be a good fit here.” In the end, she made it seem as though I am a complainer and she doesn’t want to deal with my dogs. I am a vet technician and I am well aware that anything can happen to any animal at any point in time regardless of how careful you may be; however, this lady was very rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend Pet Palace to anyone.

Of course my Lover Boy loves it here. It never fails when I bring him to play with all his friends, I'm down right jealous, and when I pick him up I want to just sit in the middle of the room with all the dogs and play too. The owners are the best with dog training and grooming is perfect every time.I think I will adopt them all!

I dropped my pups off early to groom and they let them play with the other dogs all day before grooming them. By the time I picked them up, they were nice and tired and clean. We will be back in a few weeks! I can't wait.

A small and unassuming space, but the team is amazing with lots of heart. My dog absolutely adores going here and has made so many dog friends at daycare. A true gem for any dog owner in the New Orleans area.

I felt immediately comfortable with the staff at Pet Palace. I have a VERY old guy and I was apprehensive about having him groomed. The staff was gentle and got him in and out quickly, with no stress on the old man!! Super accommodating!!

NOT a friendly place for cats; there are upwards of 2 dozen dogs roaming freely behind the counter, many of them barking loudly. Last time I brought my 2 cats for grooming, the groomer wasn't expected to get there until after 11 am (though we need to bring pets in by 10 am), and when I picked them up at 4 pm (the standard pickup time), one of them was brought out in a towel because she was still wet. Also, it is difficult to get an answer on the phone...probably because they cannot hear the phone due to the ear-splitting noise from the dogs. The grooming services are fine, but if your cat is traumatized by constant barking dogs, it would be best to find another place.

Would absolutely recommend. I’ve been bringing my dog here for years and he loves it. They play outside all day and he comes home exhausted. Great daycare and grooming prices! Very friendly staff!

Horrible place. I had an early appointment, and was paying extra for this service, my dog is a rescue and is terrified of large dogs. I told this to the people when I made the appointment. There were huge dogs all over the place..none in kennels. My appointment was at 8 am..at 9:15 the groomers still were not there. They were very rude to me..my dog was shoved back at me..not handed over. Horrible place
