Holiday shopping......wohoo. Always great experience, friendly. Filled my basket up and headed to checkout (attaching pic) i almost left. Huge SHOUT OUT to Employees this line was so fast. These ladies were still smiling, they need a raise!

I asked the lady by the dressing rooms (short hair pony tail) if she can open the mirror cabinet so that I can get a small compact mirror (the only thing I had in mind and was getting). She complained and said “nobody is going to help you open that we are about to close”. The store closes at 9:30. All I asked for was to open the cabinet which wouldn’t have taken more than a minute. I stayed in front of the cabinet for another minute but ended up leaving because what’s the point with that attitude.

I usually don’t write reviews.. But I had a terrible experience here. The cashier gave my items away to another customer. They ran the cameras and seen they were given away and they won’t replace my items. I will not stop until this situation is handled correctly! Terrible customer service.

Beware of the knockoff perfumes that they are selling. I bought Burberry perfume and at first it smelled great. Then within 10 minutes there was literally no smell. I really think it was a knockoff product and without the box or receipt of course they wouldn’t let me make and exchange or get a refund. The managers was not helpful at all and didn’t care that they had pretty much taken my money for a phony product.please be careful and save your receipt and box until you are sure it’s the real deal.

They have the same product marked at different price I grab both of them and I went to the cash register to check out the lady at the register I told her why is two different price for the same product oh broadly a customer put this price on that box

After making a rather large clothing purchase, I later had to go back to get security tags removed. Neither experience was welcoming. No one seemed to like their jobs much and consumers were definitely not a priority for them.

Great selections. Prices are unbeatable. They have awesome home goods and gifts. Their shoe selections aren't as large as the rest, but they're good.

It’s horrible I just asked a worker if she could just move her cart nicely and she said that I can go around this is not the first time I’ve felt with the pregnant girl I asked very nicely me and my family would never come back I’m sorry 😢

Clean welcoming store. Seemed low in stock ,plenty of employees working. All seemed happy and friendly. Found some things I needed and didn't know they even had ! Handicapped parking is close

Marshalls Homegoods, won't allow trying on garments, yet, but you can return whatever you decide you don't want. That's nice. So many beautiful, unique items for the home. My home is FILLED with pieces from Marshalls Homegoods. This Spring and Summer, I treated myself to a lot of new clothes. Everything I purchased was budget friendly.

I have found so much shoes & makeup in this place! Super reasonable prices and always new and unique items! I love Marshalls!! The staff is really friendly a little understaffed in the cashiers, but overall everything else is great!

This store basically stole from me. They scanned two of my items twice and I didn’t notice until the next day. I went back with my receipt that clearly shows the error and they tell me they have to run the security cameras back before they refund me (Makes no sense they could have looked at the error on the receipt). So they took my number down and told me they will give me a call when security runs back the footage. Guess what never got a call back. So I called at least three more times and an employee would say the same thing so I just gave up they robbed me! It has been over two months so I guess the situation is dead now. Never will I go there again

Great discounts on name brand merchandise. My favorite thing to buy at this Marshall’s is shoes. My husband has also bought shoes here. We do not have small children, but they have a large selection of kids shoes as well. They are very good on returning or exchanging merchandise.

Selection and quality are very good. I am handicap I cannot get too much merchandise because I have a problem carrying bags. You need to be more considerate and allow baskets to be moved to cars. Maybe a worker assigned to bring bags for the customer that has mobility problems

This Marshalls had so many awesome things and the store was so clean and organized. I wish Icould have shopped more but I would have to buy another suitcase for the plane. It seemed much better than our Nashville TN stores.
