We used K9 second line after only trusting our 3 pups to family. I was very apprehensive as these dogs are true members of the family. I was very quickly put at ease from the first moment of our consultation. They give daily updates and pictures. I love the fact that our babies can stay in their own environment. We have another trip coming up and I plan to use them again instead of family. That’s how comfortable we were using them. Definitely give them a try!

We wish we could always take our dog with us when traveling, but when we're away, we have the assurance that our standard poodle is in good hands! The folks from K9 Second Line are caring, prompt and attentive to our pet's needs.While I work from home, some days are so busy that I don't even have the time to let the dog out. My wife and I have been using K9 Second Line for over a year now. We have a dog and a cat. We set up a weekly scheduled walk time and have had K9 Second Line pet sit for both pets. ALL of our experiences have been great!K9 Second Line does an excellent job of taking care of our pets, and they are amazing at customer service. When we decided we wanted a dog walker, Brendan sat down with me and got to know our pets. From there, we have received Bio's about out pet walkers. Our walkers leave personalized notes and now they have an online system that lets me see when our walkers arrived including where they walked. I can't say enough about how much I love this company!

I've used K9 Second Line regularly for some time know, and several aspects of their service have impressed me: (1) they are easy to get a hold of on the phone, and friendly; (2) I receive photos of my dogs after their daily walk(s), along with an update of how they are doing (classy touch); (3) the dogs always seem happy when I get home from out of town, and I feel good know that they weren't locked up in a kennel. K9 Second Line has cared for our pit bull several times this year when we have been out of town. They feed and walk her in the morning and at night so she doesn't have to endure the stress of the dog shelter. K9 leaves a thoughtful note describing their walk every time they come over. It is fun to read the reviews while we are away, and it is comforting to know our dog is in good hands.

We've been using K9 Second Line for about 3 years now and have enjoyed them since the beginning! All of the walkers we've met are so kind and courteous. K9SL's owner Brendan is always quick to respond to email and able to rapidly communicate any special request or new procedure to the team of awesome dog walkers. You can tell that only the best people work for K9SL - the dog walkers leave detailed entries in the journal each day about my dog's activity. From whom she met on the street, to really interesting smells she's discovered, I can look forward to coming home to a nice note every day. I can tell the dog walkers really care about my pet, and will go above and beyond in providing exceptional service - cleaning up messes, filling water bowls, giving treats and cuddles and love. I couldn't imagine any other service, and you can't really put a price on the peace of mind I have, or the quality care my pup is getting. Highly recommend!

Brendan and his team have done an excellent job of taking care of my dog while my family was out of town. Our corgi has gotten pretty old and has started to have special needs and they still took care of her. When we return home, she looks as happy as the day we left her.

Excellent service with wonderful employees. They take care of your animals and are always communicative and thorough.Been using them for years for vacation and can even help walk companion animals for elderly if they are unable to handle the responsibility of walking the animals for those who may not be able to get out to do it.

The staff was very rude! I was misled, I searched google for pet boarding and this popped up, I called to get information. This is not a physical location!!! I was interested in services they provide, after a awkward pause, he said “okay, bye” and hung up in my face... I’ve heard so many good things about the place, but first impressions are important. I would not recommend. If your interested in grooming or other pet services keep looking 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
