A very convenient location, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We found everything we were looking for and even some things we weren't. Lol you know how that goes.. we will definitely be back for more items on our shopping list and also a great time out with the family the kids love it and many other great things to do around the area

Love this Five below. Customer service always great.👍👏 Not to mention they all wear their face mask, they seem to be the only ones with self checkouts and they are the only ones that carry my favorite 🍬 sold on its on not assorted 😉😃😊🙃🙂😀

I love Five Below in general. But this specific one has exceptional customer service! I bought a huge outdoor chess set for my kids. But when we opened it at home one pawn was missing. Few days later I stopped by the store and explain the problem. It was a super nice lady helped me out, she opened another set and gave me my pawn. Wonderful customer service! I highly recommend this Five Below!!!

More like $5 up nothing is a good deal in there if it’s too good to be true that’s cause it is. Everything in there easily breaks if not already broken and the candy is way over priced.

1st off, WOW. It's the best organized & pretty easy to find items needed. I just couldn't find an associate but no big deal but i would have liked to know who was on staff, maybe a greet but otherwise good store

Always enjoy shopping at Five Below, you can purchase high quality useful everyday products at an affordable price like phone chargers, toys, car accessories, etc. The stores are generally always clean and organized. Most staff members are friendly and eager to assist customers. What I especially like is the self check kiosk. While you have to wait in a long line to check out in most discount stores, Five Below has several self checkout kiosks. So cool. Its definitely one of my favorite places to shop.

I love the atmosphere customers are kind and courteous and the staff have Awesome attitudes. I used to drive to Harahan to shop but now it’s less than 7 minutes away from me. Was able to find a few last minute stocking stuffers and some old school candy. I don't think I spent a good 7 minutes in the store because I was in and out so fast.

This location rocks. Staff are very friendly when calling the store especially Mr.Malcolm that helped me find what I need. Mr.Malcolmgreeted me and also others that walked inside this fine establishment.Huge selection to choose from nothing out of stock like other location that are both on the westbank, which neither two location on manhattan and in algiers were open and to be honest need to stay close! These two location on the westbank is allways out of stock which is a hassle to try to shop near were you live. I didnt mind driving to metarie location because of the friendly staff and this location is never out of stock! The gentleman that helped me was Mr.Malcolm and also Ms.Summer that greeted me on the sales floor.Ms.Mechelle greeted me the next day as I was bringing an item back and she was very helpful.I would like to say also that another person that helped me and made me laugh was Ms.Jessica which I found out while conversating with her, that she was the "Mastermind"behind why the staff is so friendly and helpful...they lead by example...which it shows! Ms.Jessica, Mr.Malcolm,Ms.Summer & Ms.Michelle are valuable assets to your company!I highly recommend all my family and friends to patronize this location.

Looks like a great place if your 21 or younger. I haven't needed Most of the stuff in this store since High School/College.They have a huge selection of 5 dollar graphic t shirts which is pretty cool

Great service from the employees, helpful and with a good attitude. I like the variety of things, the only thing is that some times things are over priced even if it's supposed to be 5 below, there are items worth paying over $5 but there are items that are completely not worth $10 when it clearly looks like something you can get at Dollar tree for $1Other than it's a good store to try and search for something worth the price, some what of a scavenger but some times worth it.
