After just being checked out I noticed that a coupon didn’t go through, even though the person ahead of me had also just used the same one for the exact same item. Went back in (cashier was very helpful) and tried to see if we could get it to work, or just return it. Not only did the manager make her walk back 3x to where he was, but when he (Lonnie) finally came to figure out the solution he made very nasty comments about doing so. “All this for $3?”Not anymore, this is about the lack of customer service provided by the on duty “manager” Lonnie and how he thinks talking disrespectful in front of customers is more than acceptable. I will be making a formal complaint as well. Shoutout to the cashier for trying to help and being nice about it.

Very friendly atmosphere. Cashier was happy and helpful smile on her face as I walked in with a warm Welcome to Family dollar. Only one thing to many items in isles. However I will shop there again.

No baskets. Only had one. Lady who worked there very helpful. Store as always very messy. Keep clean. Get more baskets .hopefully more business. Due to messiness I do not go often. Then no baskets. Extremely poor management.

My visit there was ok. My only issue was the night manager would not scan my Pay Pal reload app to add funds to my account using their Family Dollar bar code stating that she is not allowed to do so despite I done it there multiple times already. However, I was able to reload anyway.

I would give this store a zero. Do NOT go to this store! My mother and I happen to stop by while passing through, because we live on the Northshore. The employees are rude, unprofessional, and were drinking vodka on the job. Avoid this store at all cost!!!

I've even bought clothing here without any issues. This store has improved since it's opening date. It's now a pleasant shopping experience.

Today the store was not clean in inside to much stuff in the way you could hardly walk around in the back of the store I left and went down to Dollar Gen this store is so clean parking lot was clean think Family Dollar has lost me as a customer. ......

Place is a wreck! Hate going in there! Can't walk through the isles! Boxes everywhere! Items on the floor! Dirty! Pass this store by and go to Dollar General a few blocks down!
