I first met Dr. Olivier when she hired me 26 years ago! She started taking care of my pets at that time and continues to do so today. I’ve seen first hand Dr. Olivier’s love and compassion for animals and her strong rapport with clients. Dr. Olivier’s mentorship and leadership has shaped me to be the leader that I am today. Her staff is very kind and helpful. I had worked with Michelle at the clinic for a couple of years before I left for graduate school. Michelle is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I recently met Dr. Rought when she treated my pets. A few months ago I brought my cat to be euthanized. My cat had reached the point where she no longer responded to medication and was in pain. Dr. Rought and the staff showed empathy and euthanized my cat with the highest degree of respect. Trust me, you cannot go wrong with this team. 🐶🐱🐾❤️

They were absolutely wonderful. My girl had a cyst removed from her tail and it was her first time there. She did really well and was very calm when I picked her up, which hasn't happened at other clinics. I appreciated that they called me with updates and other information. I thought the prices were really good. I'll definitely be taking my whole gaggle there from now on.

Worst of the worst. Pls avoid this place. Came early to my appointment and other come in and they sit for 2 min and walk right in. This happened 4 times. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dr. Olivier and her staff are top notch! I brought my severely ill 10 year old Pom in to Acadiana West preparing myself for the worst and praying for the best. They took exceptional care of Zoe and were very informative. I feel very blessed that they were able to nurse her back to health. She is on the mend thanks to their team! ♥️

I love this vet! I recently had an emergency with my dog (she got hit by a car) and they graciously took her in to be held until the doctor was available! They took X Ray's to confirm no broken bones and sent her home on pain meds and antibiotics! The price was very reasonable and I will definitely stay with this organization for many years to come! My dog is slowly getting stronger and is walking without any problems!
