I physically walked inside the pharmacy, gave the young lady my prescription order, and watched her scanned it in. After receiving no call for pick up the next day, I called and only for them to say "We can't find it."I went a whole week without my medication. I rather stick with express-scripts.

It is horrible service. It takes if not a full day then multiple day to get a script filled. You call to check the status, the tech will say 30 mins. You show up 45 mins later and they say well it isn't ready that is your problem wait or come back at 5. My doctor sent in the script at 8-9 in the morning thinking they would be able to do the simple task in a reasonable time. Never again go across the street to CVS. If not then use local it would be the best. I have used local pharmacies my whole life then moved to marksville and it is garbage.

Pharmacy SUCKS!!!! This review is for Pharmacy only because I don't shop walgreens otherwise. I just moved to the area and transferred my profile from NOLA walgreens to this store wish I had transferred them to the circus they would do a better job . I have 4 prescriptions and Marksville walgreens tells me I have no meds they have nothing for me now mind you I have been taking the same meds filled by NOLA walgreens for 12 years. Poor excuse for a pharmacy I'm out and transferring to another pharmacy

It is hard to imagine a worse pharmacy than this pharmacy. It is impossible to get a prescription filled here without some made-up issue. They have lost insurance information that has been on file for years, unilaterally decided to increase a prescription in a way that would require preapproval from a doctor (I suspect someone working in the pharmacy intended to keep the extras), lied for months about a product being on backorder when it was actually discontinued by the manufacturer... the hits keep on coming.Avoid.

Sign says drive thru closed from 1:30 - 2:00, at 1:07 additional sign says please come inside! Have asked pharmacist to fill all my prescription at one time monthly, nope he can't do it, get texts messages twice a week refills are ready, 1 item at a time, when is Walgreens gonna buy my gas! Guess I'll be changing drug store, I've hadenough! Went back at 2 pm still not open, called store and was told Pharmacist did not want to open drive thru today so its closed. Hello Pharmacist, there is a pandemic going on and you want people online in your store, Really! What about your handicapped customers that may not want to unload the chair to wait in.line for 1 script you called them about! I'm sorry but you need a new job!

This is hands down the most unorganized Walgreens in the entire chain of stores. Corporate needs to get involved. Really have a talk with pharmacy to staff about quality of work. I give the pharmacy here a -8 stars!

Waited 90 minutes to get refills purchased, pharmacy manager and pharmacy tech would not wait on me, had to get photo lab employee to come help me. This is totally unacceptable, pharmacy manager should be fired and pharmacy tech should be repremanded. Slowest and poorest service I have ever had.
