DG in Echo, LA. 5 people working, busy but only 1 cashier and self checkout cash never works. Other cashiers just standing there with so many in line. Not good customer service

they are lazy workers , no personalities, you ask where somethings is they point a finger and you still have to guess where its , prices are way to high compared to regular dollar general's. what u get at a reg dollar store will cost me double at the market. i use only when i have to.

Since they changed to a market prices are higher, staff is rude and pushing self checkout. I don't work for yall, and there was tons of staff she stated "I am shutting this down everyone can just do self check out" . Maybe I wanted to pay half cash half card, nope forced to out it on my card using self check out. I will go down the road

While I was checking out the employee Haley Gray smelled just like weed. We told her that she smelt and she walked away from the register and didn't return.

Every time I've gone, they have been out of stock on the item(s) needed. Don't make a special trip after a specific item before checking whether or not that item is in stock. Otherwise, you may make an unnecessary trip.

High prices. The dollar general company seems to work skeleton crews and service isn't good as a result. The workers are great hard workers, and I'd give them 5 stars but dollar general itself doesn't want to hire enough staff or pay very well at almost every location to give good service.

Luv Dollar General . usually go about every day for something. Some are better than others, more variety, cleaner, more organized , and some of the stores have much better and friendlier staff .between my home and my work there are about 7 Dollar Generals. And I shop at 3 or 4 others that are close to where my kids live.

I love this DG the most out of all the ones close to me. It's pretty much always stocked and neat, the employees are very nice and helpful. The store is bigger than most other Dollar Generals and it's brightly lit. I use the DG app with their digital coupons and I've never had an issue with things ringing up wrong. Of course, they are overworked and under staffed here, as in all DG stores. I wish the corporation would treat their people better than they do.

My experience at this store was very in pleasant. The employees r very rude not friendly at all and never ask if u need assistance with anything. Shelves r never stocked properly. The manager Jan Guillot is Never in the store as she is needed. One employee never had a weekend off but the manager was off every weekendWell as a ex manager of Dollar General I can recall working as much as 16 to 18 hours a day in my store to make sure everything was done as needed but this manager barely puts in 8 hours and takes off when she pleases. If u ask me they need to replace her with someone who puts their heart in their job not their party life. I will never shop at this store on hwy. 1 in Echo, Louisiana again

The store had just the right size tote I was looking for with matching lid. I checked to see if they had any new artificial nails. There was not much to choose from, I didn't get any.

Dollar? Should be 5 &10 Dollar General...nice store to get the essentials when you don't want to go to big box stores. They are the new quick stop place for just about everything. Oh, have you tried there "girl scout" cookies? $1.50 for a box. Amazing!

Employees are helpful and friendly.It is very convenient for the people in this area, as we live in the country. It saves time and gasoline having it located here.

Extremely slow service. I think this location could benefit from having produce and more refrigerator and freezer sections since it is the closest store to many residents in this area.

It beats go there at Dollar General instead of going all the way into town are city for immediate things for the household like milk bread eggs etc; .....
