Went in just to pick up a few things. Lol! Had to stop and ask an employee where a certain item was located in the store,she told me exactly where it was! I was greeted by two other employees on my way to the other side of the store. Super friendly ! When I got ready to checkout noticed that there was a huge line at self checkout so I kept walking and found several registers open. It took me just a few minutes of waiting and I was out the door.

I love this walmart, they always have items on clearance as it's a little smaller of a store than most super centers. I found a $120.00 grill for $44 and a $54 camping chair for $24

Very disappointed today. Using self checkout and the bags kept ripping. I told the associate about it and she said she couldn't do anything about the bags. I went to an empty register and took the bags off it and used them. They didn't rip. When I was done she went and got all the torn bags rudely. Its walmart, what can I say. Customer service closed due to a battery spill. Must have been a bad spill. Nobody knew how long, guess it is an OSHA thing.what can I say, it is Walmart. 15 shopping carts in line on 2 lanes. 2 checkers

This place is dope for the area. But I’m convinced Mansfield Walmart gave Many all their bad shopping carts and Mansfield got all the brand new ones. Cause there isn’t one good cart at Many Walmart.

Walmart shelves were empty in a lot of items. They seem to not stock a lot of the foods that they use to. So I have to go to other stores to get what we want. All I can say is shame on you, Wal-Mart.

I've gone in to look for a clearance item on a barbecue grill that I've seen advertised and the people inside were very polite told me that it was not the correct product and gave me some avenues that 2 gentlemen were very very good. Good job Ken.

I am usually able to find everything I need very easily, check out, and leave with everything I came for. And without having to go to several different stores. I save time and money. And the location is perfect for me.

Love Walmart despite it gets real busy. Alot here to look through. Clean inside and out. They need more handicapped scooters. Bathroom needs cleaning more often. Hard to get the big 5 gallon bottle waters on most days. Always out of nutter butter cookies. Good prices.

I've had good and bad experiences at this store, but this is the first time my experience was so bad that I felt compelled to write a review. Because of my last experience, I finally get why many people prefer to use self check-out, excepting the fact that there are rarely enough open cash registers to service the amount of customers they have.On this particular occasion, I checked out at Register 8. I was in a really good mood, having found EVERY item on my grocery list (RARE) and headed to the Register to check-out. There was no one there, but the light was on, so I proceeded to place my items on the belt, as this was the only register with a light on. When I was nearly finished getting the items from my cart, the cashier showed up and I happily greeted her, and she mumbled something - I know not what, but never spoke to me again (even when I spoke to her or asked her a question) - and I proceeded to finish placing my items on the belt while she began checking me out and another customer began placing their items on the belt behind mine. She spoke to the customers behind me, but not to me.As she bagged, she overloaded each bag with more than they could or should hold, and even as some of the bags ripped open while in her carousel, she paid no mind and continued, so I had to replace the torn open bags. She went about her work in a forceful manner, still not acknowledging me, throwing the items into the bags with such intensity that I began to be concerned my jars would be cracked or broken.When all items had been scanned, she still never spoke to give me my total or to indicate she had finished. I paid for that order and had a few more items in a separate order and, again, there was no communication from her. I paid for the items, thanked her for her service, and wished her a good day and yet had no response from her. There was a moment when I thought she might be mute, but she did speak to the other customers, so that thought was purged.I don't need to spend my money at a store which shows such obvious disdain for its customers. Walmart, you can do better. Please teach your employees customer service skills.

This was by far the most bizarre walmart location I have ever visited. They had a poor selection of just about everything and the most confusing layout I have ever seen. I will give them credit in that the few employees I interacted with were very helpful and friendly.

Left my phone at self checkout.... Didn't notice for over an hour. 100% thought it'd have been stolen or nobody would answer when I called it. (I don't have find my phone set up) wrong on both accounts. They picked up first time I called letting me know where it was. When I came to get it though...... I waited as the only one I. Line at the customer service line for well over 10 min while all three employees walked passed me and went to the self checkout to look at the same machine and watch 1 person try to fix it. They even greeted me as they walked away kinda mixed emotions about my exp.

The layout of this particular Walmart is a little different than others in the region. The staff was friendly which is rare at most of the Walmart stores that I've visited. Getting into and out of the store's parking lot is surprisingly easy when compared to other Walmart stores as well. There isn't a lot of traffic in this area which probably helps with being able to access the store. The selection is comparable to other Walmarts of similar size. One thing that I noticed, was that whenever I visited the store, it was fairly empty. There weren't many customers in the store. I visited between 1 and 2:00 p.m. on a Monday afternoon. Overall, just probably one of the nicest Walmart stores that I've been to and I do recommend it.

Nice place. Customers are usually asses that deserve to be yelled at and they usually are the ones moving food around to different parts of the store so that it can never be found by the employees. Ive been going here for years and have not once had a bad experience. The literal only inconvenience i have experienced is them cleaning the bathrooms when i needed to go, and that is hardly worth mentioning. Lovely people, very friendly attitude, and a group of employees just trying to do their best.

It seems like this Walmart is hit or miss. The employees know the customers have no choice but to shop with them because the other stores in the area are very over priced. The grocery pick up is always late or delayed. (But I will say all parties working at grocery pick up are very nice) it’s sucks that the Walmart app doesn’t update you until your pick up time that your items are delayed and doesn’t have a timeframe of availability. When I do pick up I am consistently getting poor quality produce where almost half my items are rotten. (Why are these even on the shelves for people to pick from???) also, more often than not things are not available and I will go into the store to replace the items and find exactly what I orders that said it was not available. I do not like to go into Walmart because the lines are always long, the associates checking you out are gossiping with one another using poor language and don’t even acknowledge you when you’re standing in front of them. This is not every associate but most.

Customer service is terrible. I had to wait an hour and a half for my pick up order, when there was no cars in the pick up area when I arrived. The four cars that drove up after me got their orders before I was even acknowledged. I called promptly when I arrived and was sent straight to voicemail any other time I called. This is my third bad experience, can we get it together.

Really starting to not like Wal-Mart, Service sucks and I can never find what I need and when I do there is no kind of quality to it......and another thing if I have to check myself out, might as well by it online at Amazon because if I have to return it for some reason are another at least I don't have deal with someone who doesn't want to do their job in the first place . Mr Sam Walton must be rolling in his grave to see what his dream has turned in to.
