Store manager Brittany is completely rude. Tried to buy ornaments for the sale price as stated a $1 but because I am “dating” an employee I wasn’t allowed? Even though she stated word for word because “you are related to him” when I’m not. I been a customer and a rewards member for almost 2 years now. I didn’t ask for no discount. No special price, just the literal sale price it was advertised.

If you live in Many, and buy one of their lawn mowers, do NOT and I repeat do NOT allow them to talk you into their extended warranty. They talk about how good it is, how they come to your home and fix any problem it has within that warranty period. However, they fail to mention that they have no one around the area who actually does service work for Tractor Supply. They try and connect you to Weeks Tractor Supply in Natchitoches and they claim they do not do service work for Tractor Supply, they never have and never will. The only person they have near by is in Alexandria and he won't leave there until after 5pm. He now won't answer phone calls even though there is a service order to be filled from Tractor Supply. We have tried calling Tractor Supply for support they direct us to their main customer support line and ended up hanging up on us twice. At this point We just want our money for the extended warranty back and We can take that money and bring the mower to someone local who can actually fix the mower. If you can not honor your warranty, do not sell it! Pathetic and a SCAM!

The employees are friendly. The store is clean. The stock is not there. Yes there is feed for animals, yard equipment, and novelty ring with a deer on them....there is NO PVC fittings. None.When I go into TS looking for PVC to fix a leak or busted pipe I want it. Not a cute sign that says "Country woman".I have regulated Tractor Supply to the unreliable. It will be a first resort if I want some kitschy decorative supplies. It we be last to go if I am trying to get out of a bind.

Wonderful place to shop, employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to lend a helping hand. Every time I go in I'm greeted immediately and asked multiple times if I need any help. It's hard to find customer service like this these days.

When minimum wage is $7.25 and you are making $8.50 somehow gratitude is expected. I haven't made under $10 an hour since 1990. But Tractor Supply is one of the best businesses in Manny Louisiana thank goodness they got rid of that manager hopefully they took one of the hard-working employees that made it a great store the opportunity to manage you have everything you need and most of the employees know where everything is

Love this store its a lil pricey, but the service is great, the people are very friendly, they have what you need as well. My main concern beside .The price is how they greet you it is wonderful, make me feel as if I belong, thank you guys.

I have always found Tractor Supply and their employees to be helpful and professional in providing our community with quality products at reasonable price and professional service. I'm sorry that Ken-Many had a problem with Tractor Supply.

Very friendly and helpful. Seems to have a good supply of essentials such as dog food, chicken feed and supplies for horses. Also household items like pipe fitting and yard decoration. Truck hitches and much more.

Good selection of products yet kinda pushy on the useless protection plans ..I said No thanks to an extended warranty on the $20 battery tester. The checker replied , Are you sure, I would. I bit my tongue and said No Thanks!

Just got to say love tractor supply in Many, Louisiana. I can send my younger son in store alone and they're always willing to help. Actually they go and get his cat food and bring it to the front

The tractor supply in Many has a very good staff. If you cant find something they will look for it. If they don't have it they will order it for you employees are polite and welcoming

Poor management, the receiver sells expired feed to her father for $5 a bag instead of dispensing of them the proper way . I have also witnessed the reciver sell generators to the assistance manager for $50 each just because they needed a $20 part .per company gidelines no employee or there family can purchase any defective merchandise..there is alot of questionable things that go in at that store and when you address the manager he just blows you off , very unprofessional.

They were awesome the last time I went there in many, la, they cheaper to fill my tanks than exchange at Walmart ,and much nicer vaust I'm disabled vet 83 yrs old and they fill my tank put it in my trk and take myoney to save me going in very awesome people there

Better in smaller towns. Larger towns appear to have fewer employees, checkers, etc... sometimes one might want to get in and get out. This will vary vastly at times.

This Tractor supply is poorly managed and has poor customer service. Please don't ask if they have anything because you will be told no they don't carry it and if you take it on yourself to go search you will more than likely find it.
