My brakes on my 3500 Ram went out all the fluids were coming out and I made a phone call to O’reilly and Ms Christina answer I told her what I needed Ms Christina who answer the phone was very knowledgeable and personable easy to talk to, she said I will have all the parts you need and when I got to the store everything was ready all I had to do is pay. I have never had great customer service and this review is based on my own experience. 2/23/24 Great job Ms Christina keep it up 👍🙂

My serpentine belt broke just as I got into Many. I made it to O'Reilly. Wayne and the 2 lovely ladies working were a Godsend with their kind helpfulness and knowledge PLUS they had the belt and a pully I needed for my Mercedes in stock!!

Went in today. Wasn't greeted as I walked in. And the young black gentleman that cashed me out rolled his eyes at me as I put what I was buying on the counter. Didn't ask if I has a O'Reilly card and I had to ask him if I could get a bag to put my stuff in. Complete failure in customer service

At the store in Many, LA a woman with a terrible attitude gave me the wrong fuel pump and her mistake has made the last 2 weeks of my life hell. Of course when I tried to exchange it they wud not correct THEIR mistake. What goes around comes around. They lost my business. I give them a -5!

Being disabled with back issues, I find it difficult to walk around very much. No problem at O’Reilly’s Auto in Many, LA. . The gentleman who helped, me gathered everything I needed and brought it to the counter for me. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. All with a pleasant attitude and a smile. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the market for automotive products.

This O'Reilly Auto Parts is in a good location here in many it is a nice store and well-kept the employees in the store seem to be very knowledgeable of Automotive experience and the parts. it does have wheelchair capability it does have public bathrooms does have a soda machine in the store the atmosphere in the store is very nice and is a comfortable place to wait if they need to do any thing to your vehicle

Great customer service! They will help you find the right part and even install it most of the time. I have a comparison to make from this store to an auto store in Lake Charles. I believe customer service is everything when it comes to a business and this place has it.Here is the review I left for the AutoZone in Lake Charles.-The customer service gets a thumbs down. It was mainly the lady at the counter. I told her the year, make, and model of my vehicle and she just gave me the length of the wipers. I asked if the wipers had a part number. The said that was it giving me the length again. She told me the aisle and I ended up picking the correct length but the wipers didn't come with an adapter to connect to my Tundra and then the rain started coming down hard so I had to roll with the old wipers. It's ok. When I traveled to Many, Louisiana the next weekend the lady at the O'Reilly's fixed me right up. She located me the right ones and installed them for me. Oh, and the lady at AutoZone in LC didn't have anyone at the counter, but she sure didn't come from behind it to help me.

Don't tell them to leave part on the counter I'm on my way from Toledo Bend Dam and race 45 minutes to get there only for a dude to see you pull up at 9 sharp look at you ,lock the door,and hollar we are closed while knocking on the door trying to explain. Knowing I was coming from a good ways away. Actually locked the doors while pulling up making eye contact. Hollar we are closed all sarcastically. I believe in Karma.She signs my checks!!!!
