I had a long wait due to issues with a coupon with the lady in the checkout in front of me. The young lady who checked me out was really nice and I appreciated that I probably won't go back due to management the sense of urgency to take care of the checkout line was not there.

My experience today was atrocious. I went to check out and notice that there was a shorter line. I went to that line. As I was walking up, I notice the cashier (an older lady with a light blue shirt, glasses, and a ponytail) was staring at me. She just stop talking to the other lady (which was another cashier)and everything she was doing and was looking at me with hate. I asked her was there a problem? She said "no" very mean. At this point, I was getting ready to match her energy but the other cashier sensed that it was about to be a problem and told me to come to her register so that she could check me out. I really appreciate her for doing that cause I didn't want to have to deal with that old bag who shouldn't be working around people. I was loading my groceries into car and as I was putting my buggy into the rack, the customer who witness the whole thing stop me and told me that the store obviously need to better train their cashiers. She was shocked by the woman's behavior and told me that she didn't know what to do or say. I thanked her for stopping me and acknowledging what had happen because some people wouldn't have said anything and it touched my heart to know that this lady at least wanted to intervene if the situation would have went any further. To sum it up, brookeshires will not be getting anymore of my money. Their employees need diversity training and a reminder that they can very easily go out of business with this behavior. I won't be back. I had a similar experience with a brookeshires employee when it was next to Nichols. Market Basket or Big Star needs to come back. They knew how to treat customers who simply wanted to purchase their food and leave without feeling disrespected......... I will gladly spend the extra gas money and go elsewhere.

This is a wonderful grocery store! Great variety, great prices, but most of all, the nicest , most helpful employees ! The food at the deli is so, so delicious, and such friendly people working there. ( no name but lady with “ blessed “ mask deserves a hug!)

All I can say is about them as I use them all the time so all I can do is give them five stars because that's where I shop all the time and everybody knows me there now they're very family-oriented

My favorite store they was super helpful im unable to get my favorite drink at home but they ordered my drink so when we go on our monthly vacation spot I'm able to stop in and stock up on my drink thanks love yall

The meat dept is great, their meat asst. is beautiful & I've never been disappointed in any cut of meats I've bought. Their meat out shines walmart by miles. Also the people are really friendly & will help you in any way they can.

Hands down best fried chicken anywhere...the only complaint I have is that the food line closes to early for me to get dinner there before I go to work...their bacon is the really nice thick bacon done to perfection and goes well with the biscuits and gravy for a great start to the day...cant speak to much for the grocery part of the store but the food line cant be beat for quality and price...had the Thanks-giving dinner from there last year and I will never spend all day cooking at home again...5 stars all around.
