Does anyone actually work here? All I saw were employees standing around, chatting while I stood at the jewelry counter for 20 minutes trying to get a watch battery. After which, neither lady that came to help knew where the "kit" was to change the battery and could only sell me a battery and I'd have to change it myself. Headed to check out and only self check out was open with 4 employees standing there watching people self check-out. So are we W2 or 1099? After which, yet another employee greeted us on the way out looking to make sure we paid. There's a whole lot of standing around at this Walmart so, if you're in need of a job with little to no effort, this is the place for you!

WHEN did Walmart ALL of them started doing chicken wings saying you CAN'T buy them by the pound anymore. DAMN went up on the price and wing quality went out the window. Yay geaux Walmart!!!

Do not trust the people in electronics to know what they are talking about. I got a Straight Talk Hotspot, never used Straight Talk ever before. I asked the lady about the plans, she showed me the cards to pick from. She said those were the ones for the Hotspot. They certainly were not. I now have wasted $65 on a plan that is not compatible with my device, and non refundable. If you buy Straight Talk, just activate it online where you are guaranteed to not waste your money. 3rd time in Walmart in 5 years, this is why. I'll go right back to avoiding Walmart. If you don't have a clue about your job, don't mislead customers.

Need more cashiers. I quit going to Target because of do it yourself check out. Be great if they put food on sale once in awhile. Price matching other sale papers used to be honored. Geezers, give the people a break. LOL 😆

In regards to grocery pickup I would definitely chose a different store. I put in a grocery order about every 2 weeks for pickup. They are NEVER on time. The employees who do the picking just don't bother to show up half the time. There selection is mediocre at best. But living rural means having to drive 30+ minutes to another store. Our only other grocery store in town is awesome and always on time but selection is very small. So I continue to try giving them another chance, until today while they are, once again, over 3 hours behind on my order and still no estimated time to pickup. So I canceled and will drive the 30 minutes to get better service.As far as the store itself, rarely ever stocked. Lots of expired groceries on shelves, moldy bread included. Clothing selection is fair. Housewares is very limited. Sporting goods is practically non existent. If you push the liquor buzzer be prepared to wait a LONG time. Their turnover is ridiculous. Obviously it has managerial issues and has for a number years.

This store has so many shopping carts that all of them won't fit in the store. They have received a few new motorized carts but because the regular shopping carts take up so much space, there is no place to charge them on the entrance. They are parked and charged near the exit, which doesn't make any sense. A handicapped shopper would have to navigate through a check-out to get a motorized cart and then re-enter the store. Please make that make sense. 🤷‍♀️

Terrible store!!! Had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes to get waited on in sporting goods. Bought a bag of deer corn. It was old, powdered, and no good!! Bad service, bad products

I am getting so sick of grumpy staff visiting with each other, blocking aisles, and being non productive.Self checkout is useless with machines mis-pricing and not recognizing items.I only go here when it is absolutely no choice while I am traveling. I have given up on Walmart

Day shift door greeter very friendly night time door greeter wanted to yell that a ride on cart was broken down when in fact it wasn't. My wife's knees are bone on bone so she likes to go shop at Walmart but can't walk the store.

Absolutely poor customer service. Sometimes when I ask for help I do not get a response or they just gesture with their hands almost like they are too lazy to give me a couple of words to help. In my opinion this is the worst Walmart and I'm pretty sure that the workers are way overpaid. Negative 5 stars!!!

Poor customer service is a pet-peave(?) of mine. I have been holding my peace til now. Very few of the customer service workers greet you. My pickup order took far too long. Finally went in the store to wait and still waited far too long for 6 items!!!!What is the deal here people? I can pull themyself.

Horrible waiting times! Lines extend forever. The self checkout won't accept chase bank cards and everyone always seem to be rude if you ask for their help. Also where the heck is there ever anyone to help customers? This store use to be teaming with help and now there isn't anyone. Never a clerk available either. One clerk and all the other lanes are closed. Always! Won't come back to Mansfield because of it.

They need to mark the grocery pick up spots better. I had a hard time finding them. They have three spots on the right side of the parking lot looking at the the store. Blue signs. There are no markings leading you there or any other signage to indicate where you should go.

so its walmart, too many people in line and not enough checkers to check them all out. the store was busy as it always is and most of the reps were very helpful. i had one that was not and was rather rude. asked for help looking for an item, i was told "i dont do that" and she walked off. i wont shop here again. i left my kart full of items in the isle and left the store and went to shreveport to shop. the last review i gave here 10 months ago was far better. i wish my experience this time was better. shop were your appreciated and valued as a customer. hope your experience is better then this.

Always a pleasure to visit this Walmart. Not ever crowded and they do have the new Scan & Go self-checkouts wich make for an easy checking out process. The only issue I have had is that I was blocked by three Walmart employees at to scan & Go registers checking out their own stuff. Employees should be made to go through the regular lines to wait and not utilize self checkouts. That way customers can get in and out in an expeditious manner.

Not crowded very clean and organize. If you are still looking for some of the items from black Friday they have them. They only have 2 cashier to work cash register. All others are self check out. Service center is slow at times. This Wal-Mart doesn't have a tire center. It's in a rural area. If you want to skip the crowd and shop in peace I highly recommend this place. Very polite people work at this location. Excellent customer service.

Self-checkout is an awesome concept because it allows you the choice for checking out quickly. However, at the Walmart in Mansfield, the only other option more times than not is to check out at the tobacco line which is a pain in the behind when you have a buggy full of stuff and can only stack a few items at a time on the little tabletop at that line. To add insult to injury, there always plenty of cashiers working, you'll see anywhere from 3 to 6 upfront chatting, watching you check yourself out. I should be on the payroll with as many older customers I've personally helped figure out self checkout issues...while paid cashier's just watch while chatting with each other. Its comical really anymore, I've talked to management, filed complaints on the website...it's only getting worse.

All machines and cashiers were not excepting cash today not letting people know with signs and/or at the front door as you come inside.Only after spending all that time shopping only finding out at the cashier. People were leaving carts at the register and walking out today.Management skills lacking at this store and alsoOnly few available lines which cause more delay. Ughhhhhhh get it together big box store.
