Brought my two Schnauzers for grooming.My puppy Winston's neck is riddled with scabs.I can't imagine the pain he suffered while in the hands of these people.I am thinking to call animal protection services to my home to see my dogs injuries.I would be glad to reciprocate the abuse and pain he suffered on the person that did this to him.Beware of these people.

The store is not large or well stocked on certain Pet items but it is in a convenient location for Mandeville. Adrian , PetSmarts Mandeville groomer is awesome and is the reason I give the 5th star. She took Lola in on one days notice and was extremely nice to deal with. Thanks Adrian!

Meghan groomed my 2 standard poodles today. She did a phenomenal job. Their toe nails are perfectly filed, ears were cleaned really well, the hair cut is one of the best they have had since we moved here. I will always ask for her in the future. My fur babies are gorgeous.

This Petsmart is really an amazing place to get information from associates who genuinely seem to care about your pet and your experiences with them. In particular, Jessica is very fun and engaging. I guess it helps that she seemed to fall in love with our new puppy - but she gave us great advice and helped us navigate through all the different food brands and most importantly - toys! Pip is loving her pig ears and we are loving her. Thank you Petsmart for great employees like Jessica!

We love PetSmart in our home! They have exactly what I need for my Husky and my cat. The staff at both Covington and Mandeville locations are very helpful and polite! And they always have my Husky’s special food in stock(if I don’t cook for him).

I scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog today for 10:30am, and when I went to drop him off they would not take him because they said their store clerk made a mistake and put his appointment down for 8am. It was their mistake but they refused to help me. Horrible service.

LET ME JUST TELL YOU. WE PULLED UP AT 6:05 (5 min AFTER closing) on January 1, 2022. I don’t remember her name but she had long gray and white hair, and the other lady was Jeannie or Jeanine. Either way, THOSE TWO ABSOLUTE ANGELS. OPENED THE STORE BACK UP and allowed u s to buy the pill pockets we needed! They truly saved the day and went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much to both of you! Truly wonderful service!

Went here tonight to get supplies for a new puppy. The two people that were there were incredibly helpful. They recommended products when we asked, and it wasn't the overpriced ones. They were honest about what we needed and what we likely didn't need yet. They suggested we buy a $20 coupon book they had up front before making the purchases because of how much it would save us. After everything was all said and done, because of them they saved us over $71.19. I've honestly never experienced such good customer service. We will gladly be returning here in the future if everyone that works here is as helpful.

My original review was five stars and stated that the petsmart was small, but the people were kind and they had what I needed. I have had a new and terrible experience since then.My 13 year old min pin recently passed away. She was my best friend, and I had recently purchased somethings for her before she passed. She never got to use them so I returned the new and sealed products to the store.My cashier was rude and insensitive. She even asked if my dog had a good life. Who does that? Please be more sensitive to this who have suffered a loss in the future.

Got what I needed for my dogs today. A big plus was a while back when a staff member, & she knows who she is, put a comfy cone on my dog that I purchased. We are grateful to this day! That stupid plastic cone we got from the vet my dog stood like he was paralyzed for days. We are talking about a little 7 lb chihuahua. My 12 yr old grandson had a fit and said mawmaw go get him a comfy cone and that's what we did!!

Grooming Salon 👍Took our new rescue for her first professional grooming. Very positive experience. Our groomer Candie was great with our dog. The store is small and looks to be doing some renovations but all the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Lesley the groomer is great with the dogs. Her personality and smile is great and makes me feel comfortable with leaving my pets with her. Never get a complaint from her work. She does and outstanding job.

I brought my doggie for his appointment at 1 for a bath... I was told I would get a call when he was done. It was now 5 and didn’t hear anything. I went to the store to check on him. “Oh they didn’t call you? The groomer left at 3”. WTF?! So who knows how long my baby has been done and sitting there.

I love going here often for fish and other pet supplies. They have a smaller selection than the bigger store further away but they still have a very good variety of items and price ranges. I go here all the time because the staff is friendly and helpful and it is convenient and quick.

Came in 3 days ago to get an aquarium light and refills for a filter I bought here.....didn’t have it.Came in 2 days ago to buy Neon Tetras....they were still sold out as I bought the last 5 they had prior, said they’d have it Tuesday with new shipment, nope...just a few.Came in yesterday to buy a plecostemus fish, didn’t have it. Came in today to buy plecostemus and filters.....none.Store is managed poorly, never stocked. The day I bought something, 8 were in line with one person working...waited a while.Yesterday I came in again to see about filters etc, lady said soon as I walked in....we close in 4 minutes.Not sure why I keep coming here...never have anything and mismanaged. Adventure pets has everything and great service but they completely rob people with their rediculous prices.The area could do well with a great running, average priced pet store.Ordering on line moving forward.

Small, cramped way overpriced location in Mandeville. Went for millworms only.smallrd bottle was the size of a table salt shaker for $9.99+ tax. We stupidly bought them and went to Walmart the next day and same bottle was $5.99 HALF the price for deaf worms. All accessories, goods, litters also overpriced. Well never step foot in there again. Define PRICE GOUGING = Mandeville PetSmart.
