Broken payment system that will not let you proceed to checkout with a credit card, and their venmo integration requires an address on your paypal account that cannot be updated or edited (I can't find this address anywhere in my account, so I have no idea where it sits). They were less than helpful in trying to fix two wrong shipments as well. Bummed out because I had an ok experience with them for years, but it has been harder and harder to place orders. Will be looking for another shop going forward.

Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Not sure how folks like this sleep at night. Was given false information regarding shipment. Then sent the wrong items. With two signatures to show that this was checked by two ignorant people.
