This was our first time here. We liked our food. I had a jalapeno burger which was cooked a little more than requested but still good. Fries were really crispy and also covered with lots of fried jalapenos, too. Me wife had a well prepared grilled chicken sandwich and tasty potato salad. Service was fast and very friendly. I see the potential for 5 stars, but we'll see after a few more visits.

Ordered a medium rare burger and received it rare. Not super concerned on that front since I eat both. Fries were so so can’t tell how good it is fresh since I ordered Togo. Patty for the burger is under seasoned and lack any flavor.Fried mozzarella wedges were good the sauce that came with it was not. I can only describe the flavor of that sauce as tomato sauce mixed with a chicken top noodle packet. Ended up dipping it in the ranch that came with fried pickle. Wedges were slightly over cooked.Shrimp poboy also lacking in flavor. The batter wasn’t seasoned and neither was the shrimp.Portion is huge and service was great. Food needs work a little disappointed over the lack of seasoning. 2 stars for quick friendly service.

On November 25, 2022, I and my other half popped in. Very pleased. Great setup. A very simple setup. Clean and beat. We did split a club sandwich. Got thin fries with it. I will say that the very tiny and scant cup of gumbo we got was not worth the money. No way. For $10.00 for a few tables spoons in a tiny cup, it was a disappointment. The sandwich was good. Please try packaged turkey meat with a lot less salt. Maybe it was the ham. They gave a massive well-stocked bar there.

WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU:THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA TO USE A CREDIT CARD BUT DON'T HAVE IT POSTED NOR DO THEY TELL YOU 😉.Good BURGERS! Honestly all the food is great the salads are huge, the fried mozzarella appetizer is plenty for 4 people and tasty!Went there today and had the bacon cheese burger with grilled onions and BBQ sauce. A huge hard to finish burger was very good.I'm excited they now have one closer to me than the Mandeville location.I was told they don't have the chili options at this location and one of the burgers are not here either.But the bar they have and the quality burbon on the wall more than makes up for it!

I went to get a take out po boy. I had a seat to wait in. But the wait was no time at all. The sandwich was so long, my husband and I split it. It was stuffed with delicious fried fish. The wait was terrific. The food was terrific and the service was very good. I definitely would go backThank you for all the good service.

While camping in our RV at Fontainebleau State Park in Mandeville, LA, went to lunch at Triple Nickel Grill about 1.5 miles from the state park in a small strip mall. We had seen raving reviews on the Lippert Scout FB Group. There are actually two restaurants, one in Mandeville and another up the road in Madisonville. Mick decided to have the burger that made them famous, the Nickel Burger with cheddar cheese with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Karla had their Pickle Burger with lots of fried pickles in and out of the burger with a side of ranch dressing. The burger was dressed with cheddar cheese with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. The 1/2 pound charbroiled patties were cooked to order and the fresh buns were perfectly toasted. We both concluded that the burgers were juicy and charbroiled was a plus, so they were a solid Good. We both got their shoestring fries. The fries were Very Good and there was a lot. One of our deciding factors in grading a restaurant's food (Not Impressed, OK, Good, Very Good, and the The Best) is whether we would return to the restaurant. With the variety of other local food options such as PO Boys and Seafood along with the food quality and great service, we would definitely go back when in the area again.

I wish I could have given them 0⭐️, bc 1⭐️ is too generous. The menu looked decent and it’s in a convenient location. We walked in and NOT 1 employee says anything to us, much less greets us. The girl that took our order had a pretty severe RBF - the appetizer and soup came out at the same time as everything else, they had no app plates clean despite having a total of 5 tables and several staff members doing nothing, my daughter was supposed to have fruit instead of fries — got fries, milk isn’t available for guests, no one checked on us at any point and lastly grilled cheese was burnt and spinach salad balsamic vinaigrette isn’t that at all. It was almost entirely oil- idk if they didn’t shake it well before drowning my salad in it or what the problem was but it was awful.I felt guilty for being the one who suggested eating here. NEVER GOING BACK.

They overcharge for everything. If you want two mediocre burgers, and you want to pay with card, expect to pay $40. There are better burgers in the area. There's also better seafood. The staff is younger, inattentive, and forgetful. I paid about $10 in extra charges just because it's Madisonville. They try to pass themselves off as a casual grill, but they are priced like a fine restaurant. If you are passing through, there are more affordable places in Mandeville, with the same quality (if not better) food.

We had read some bad comments about the Madisonville site and on the spur of the moment decided to give it a shot. The food was great we had the Tuesday special (spaghetti and meatballs) and the grilled chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and bacon both were delicious. The sandwich was so big we decided to split it and take the Spaghetti home for dinner even warmed up ut was good. It was lunchtime and they were busy but as a table emptied it was cleaned and new customers came in. We'll definitely go back.Parking: Even though it was crowned there was plenty of parking

The Madisonville location is a new and really nice but still comfortably casual. The food doesn't disappoint. I ordered the Loco jalapeño burger. I like that the serve the fried jalapeños on the side. Sooooo good. Sorry no pics. I ate it too quick.Parking: Free self parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They offer several handicap parking slots right in front of the patio entrance. 👍

We have been going to the one in Mandeville for years. This was my first time at this location And just as good. I think the best burgers on the north shore. And great service too. My only problem is I ordered iced tea and they changed me $4. That’s crazy. Next time it’s water for me.

I'm loving having TNG here in Madisonville. I've been a few times for lunch now & enjoyed each visit. The fired mozzarella app is SO GOOD. Tried several menu items so far & we have not been disappointed; burgers, cheese fries, salads, BLT. We really enjoy eating here.I am seeing so many people comment on it being "pricey" but seriously, how much do you think a BLT should cost? It's $12!! I find all of their menu items to be reasonably priced and I personally love the "counter order" system. Give this place a try, you be disappointed. If you are, remember that no one is perfect.

Went last weekend and everything was pretty good! Delicious food, great atmosphere, unexpectedly quiet for a big LSU game night, and FANTASTIC service! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It was our first visit at this location and wont be our last. Cannot wait to go back with cash. The only disappointments were the service charge for using a credit card and the prices. Upcharge of $3 for sweet potato fries in place of regular is unnecessary. Po'boys aren't for the po'boys any longer. The $15 Buffalo Chicken Sandwich had more meat than the $17 Godfather Poboy was $17.Kid-friendliness: Children's menu, little highly priced $8 Jr Chicken, fries, and drink. But their chicken is delicious so I say worth it.
