I brought my ring in to get repaired. I knocked two diamonds out of the basket on my setting underneath my solitaire engagement ring. Tony took a look at it & suggested a better repair option than just replacing the missing diamonds. Really happy with the outcome and we will be back in the future to possibly change the setting of my ring. Thank y’all so much!

Customer service is great! My wedding band cracked and I needed it resized too. While I was dropping that off, I asked about getting a broken pearl necklace fixed. They said it could be done and before Christmas! From the broken strand of pearls I had them make a necklace, bracelet, and earrings. Everything was done and cleaned in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

You can go to any big retailer to have work done, but you’ll never get the family experience like Tony gives you. I had to get my wedding bad resized and repaired. He was able to do it all within 30 minutes. Even made my wife happy, especially since I had to have it cut off in order for him to repair it.

Best customer service ever! I stopped in to get my dad’s watch band adjusted and the owner came out to the car to measure my dad’s wrist. He did this without knowing that dad walks with a walker, as he recovers from a hip fracture. I‘m so impressed and appreciative! Terrific customer service and very friendly. Another local place damaged my watch when changing the battery. This other place worked on my watch for a few weeks, but could not fix the clasp they had broken. Well, I decided to give Madisonville Jewelers a try and they were wonderful. The people at Madisonville Jewelers fixed it fast and fixed it right. The watch was fixed in a few minutes. These guys are now my go to place if I ever need any jewelry cleaned or watches adjusted.
