Very nice store. Locally owned and operated. GREAT meat department. Excellent deli with hot food all day. Great weekly sales. Clean and constantly being improved. The owner, Todd, is a nice guy that will stock anything you ask him to if it's possible. Can't beat this small town customer service.

Friendly owner who is willing to work with customers to get the items they want in the store. The Meat Market provide the best cuts in town and the manger is always will to help customers and get them the meat they need in a timely manner. The Deli provides great lunch specials everyday, the food is cooked there everyday. The floor staff is always willing to help customers find items and even get hard to reach or heavy items.

I was visiting from out of town. The black lady manager of the deli is rude and doesn’t help her coworkers. She was belittling her coworkers. She was so very rude! She refused to help me and while walking she told her coworker that they had a customer. While she went to eat in the corner. I didn’t appreciate her attitude. I will not be visiting her deli ever again. I feel so bad for the people who works with her. They were so sweet and helpful. This manager needs to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Almost like my second home since I only live a block away !! I'm always treated really well & the staff is always friendly & there to help whenever they can !! Sentell is excellent & always helps me !! I am going to tell Todd she deserves a raise & promotion !! Lol

Village Market is the quintessential small town grocery store. We loved the deli/hot bar. Chicken on a stick with vegetables and smoked sausage, meat pie, and boudin balls were all fantastic.

Not from the area. Just passing through stop by to get some food. Stood there while 2 people just ignored me. I had to make a noise when one finally asked if I needed something. They probably never seen an asian person before...
