Customer service is no good and there boats are not ether . Have holes in my boat that are rotting away in the aluminum, Its all over the bottom of the boat. I tried to contact someone at Gator tail with no luck. I thought maybe they would want to know that there was something going on with there design, but I guess not. Will never buy again.

I’ve had my gator tail for 2 1/2 years now, and absolutely love it. I had two mud buddy’s prior to this and had nothing but issues with them and their customer service was terrible! I’ve reached out to gator tail on questions over email and they are always helpful! Worked with Damon Theriot and he was extremely helpful. Can’t say enough about these motors. Lastly any maintenance you need to do they have videos of it on there website/youtube. If your looking for the best mud motor on the market with a 5 start team look no further

I picked up my new Gatortail boat that I ordered at this location. Very happy with this boat! Trailed it all the way to the Florida Keys with the trailer it came with, no problems!

Gator Tail did an excellent job on our brush blind for our Tracker boat. Easy to just pop - up and hunt! It has held up to interstate travel and freezing mornings on the lake. Easy to operate, well constructed, and affordable option to building one ourselves.

Great service. Read some of the reviews about the service wasnt excited to go in see them, considering i dont know much about trim system. Instead of being ugly or rude about me not knowing much and asking questions, they took their time explained it in detail and even showed pics and specs to put it bck ttogeather. Instead of them just trying to sell me a new one to make more they truly tried to help me get it fixed. Great people over here will be a life time customer.

I don't like leaving poor google reviews but I gave these guys a $200 refundable deposit to hold a trailer that wasn't even available yet because it was due to arrive in a few days. Later the same day, i called back to tell them we are not getting the trailer from them and need the deposit refunded. They said they already ran the card but they will reverse the charge. 3 days later i called back asking why it was not reversed yet. The guy said he would do it promptly. Then 2 weeks later, i called again asking to reverse the charge. The guy tells me to I need to call my credit card to open a dispute to reverse the charge. He said it's just easier that way. These guys don't follow through on their word. They are probably just going to tell the bank i am lying so that i can't get the money back. We offer credit card refunds all the time and they only take a minute to process. i had to waste 30 min on the phone with my credit card getting this process started. Credit card company said this is not right and he should not be doing this. Service this bad can't go unrecognized. You shop at Gator Tail, be warned that you are probably buying a trailer from China that will break in a week with no warranty. They don't stand behind their word. I wouldn't shop there.

Terrible customer service. Selling bunk products and charging an arm and a leg to replace their TERRIBLE design, then they sold me(not replaced) the "new and improved lower unit" that should have been on there in the first place. Way to NOT stand behind your products. I would not reccomend a GTR and will never by another!

Customer service terrible, looks like they have only one sales person his name is Bubba who never return your calls and ignoring all emails. Was trying to contact him for over 4 weeks to finalize a boat purchase and no luck. Worst experience in my life.

AMERICAN MADE!!! I love My Gatortail because I've never had that "grass is greener on the other side" feeling, but I've heard "I wish that's what I would have gone with" a thousand times. More importantly, their products are built to last and I can tell that they not only test their products but they use them and that's how they know what works and what doesn't. I love Gatortail because they care about their customers and take care of them by standing behind their products like no other.
