Card only, they do not accept legal issue tender from the bank. I definitely learned why people are in their job position or are professional cashiers for life. They think coins and change are counterfeit and apparently have got fake coins in there before. I have yet to see that report on KPLCTV. Maybe I’ll get them to look in to it. The gas pumps are not programmed the same some require a PIN number without a way to bypass, as ALL cards don’t have pins.Anywho I used the place from 2013 till February 8th not anymore since they think gold dollars from the bank are not legal tender.

If you want something to eat from the kitchen, come before 10am, kitchen closes for the rest of the day and they only put some microwaved "pizza roll" and 1 meat pie in the warmer for the rest of the day. What a waste. They could be making a ton of money with that since it's the only place for miles to grab something to eat but no. They just close the curtains. Garbage

The former meth user at the counter hollered at me and my partner several times while we were simply minding our own business and looking for some lunch after she rudely hollered at us across the store at 1pm that their Krispy Krunchy Chicken was closed. What food service stops serving at 1pm?? As I browsed the aisles she continued to berate me and my partner to the point where I had to leave the establishment to get away from her. I don’t know her name just that she’s old and raggedy and very rude. I will not be coming back to this establishment and am very disappointed in the lack of courtesy to and from Longville citizens.

Nice place to stop for snacks, stretch your legs, and just get some relief from being trapped in the car for a while. Stopped in here on my way to Mississippi for snacks and to use the restroom, but there restrooms are all out of service today. The place is clean and friendly.

Terrible service and rude employees my first time ever coming here, and the only thing the cashier can say to me is I’m having a terrible day so hurry up and leave. Like come on! The building looks great and everything is clean so it’s extremely disappointing that the staff is rude.

My husband I stop here daily to get fuel and snacks for the road. My husband is a truck driver so we buy stuff that is easy to eat going down the road. We have always gotten good food from here but, when we bought bbq sandwiches they were a mess (we have bought them this past week here and were able to eat them going down the road). They said oh just get plenty napkins. I took the sandwiches because we were in a rush. Got down the road a little way and was going to eat them to realize just how messy they were. The sauce was very thin and very excessive! It was all over the bun and in the plastic wrap drooping down. I took the sandwiches back and was offered my money back but, was given excuses as to why my sandwiches were so bad. Looked over at the deli to see bbq sandwiches that looked nothing like the ones I had. When leaving the store I heard the manager tell the cashier to throw out the sandwiches I brought back. We spend alot of money in this store daily but, we will not be back because of the poor service we were given.

Horrible I asked for no mustard or pickles on my burger I got home 12 miles away and the burger had only mustard and pickles. I called the store they told me come the next day at 2pm to get refund. I came Sunday after church and the cashier rudely told me I needed to have the burger with me and she would have the owner call me tomorrow that’s all she could do. They did nothing to correct their mistake and tried to make it my fault. I’d never do business there again!

Very Nice people. They make a really great Lumberjack and Double Lumberjack Burger. This is truly a hidden gem. Will definitely be a regular when passing through.

Almost impossible to get them to answer the phone to place and order. The staff can be rude at time's. Things have definitely changed. I'm not sure if Ricky is aware of this but I foresee business being loss over this issue.

This place looked pretty cool, didn't get to try the food, but from what I saw the people running it were nice, it was well organized, and the bathrooms were as clean as Buc-ees's restrooms.
