I wouldn't bring my toy poodle, my baby girl Snuggles Renee anywhere else, they are AMAZING with your BABIES they TREAT them as they do their OWN. And 1 more thing I want to say that I really love about their ENTIRE STAFF they all REMEMBER YOUR BABIES NAMES it really shows how much they love and care about our babies and their jobs, THANKS TO STAFF @ FAMILY PET & ANIMAL HOSPITAL

They are compassionate. They listen to what you have to say about the condition of your pet. Their prices are reasonable. They also check on the pet once the appointment is over to make sure everything is okay.

Today was my first visit and absolutely LOVE this office. Between Leah answering a few simple questions over the phone Heather being so sweet and gentle with the kittens and Dr. Jenny Breaux I mean where do I begin she gives you a thorough appointment looks at each pet explains everything and is so compassionate. I haven't met all of the employees yet but I look forward to it. Price wise don't even get me started. So cheap and just wow. If I could give this place 20 stars I would. Also the fact that they have kittens on the lobby for adoptions more vets should do this. It would help with less in the shelters. They truly care for every animal. My kittens are doing great now

I like this vet because they are considerate of your time. And very easy to work with if you have to reschedule appointments. Lillybet absolutely loves the attention they give her.

I love these ppl! They can always fit me in as soon as they are able. The staff are so easygoing and friendly. I was not happy with the other local vets (mathews Thibodaux, Houma) And I am SO glad they opened up right here in my town. Love you guys! Very understanding.

Super caring people and totally understanding and accepting! They were not pushy and judgy like most vets I've been to. They care not only about pets, but their hoomans too. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been going here for 4 yrs this has been the only vet my dog has had. Had a visit on Thursday which ended up with some complications the next day but they had no time to check her the next day! Called as soon as they opened and they said they were closing at 2 NO TIME!! WOW I really thought since they gave her a shot the day before that they could have found a few minutes to at least tell me if i needed to go to MEDVET! Had to go to another vet that had no idea what she looked like the day before the shot. I did what he told me then she ended up at MEDVET on sunday fighting for her life!!!! I understand vets are human but they also have a heart! And i feel it was heartless that you could not even check on her even after you refused to see her! Really thought i had a good established vet i could rely on. Guess i need a new vet!UPDATE 8-31-20 your response to my review was your vet was out of the state so im not sure what was the truth since i was told that you could not see my dog due to your computers being changed out at 2:00 pm. So this just makes me feel truly unsure about your practice. If i was told your vet was not in it would have made more sense why your office couldnt see her but i was told the computers were being changed!!!!!
