Customer service is great, and have never had to ask for more toppings, but they could work on their speed. Week days aren't bad, but on weekends you might as well go to the grocery store and make one yourself. The sad part is I was the only customer this Sunday, and it took longer than on week days where I've had 3 or more customers in front of me. For this reason I'm only giving 2 stars, otherwise I'd give 4 in a heart beat or even consider 5. I should also mention I don't ask for toasted bread, so this didn't play a factor.

Walked in and the young man behind the counter was leaning up against the wall talking to 2 females on the this side of the counter. Once he finally walked up to the counter I told him what i wanted adding bacon. He's separating the meats on the protective sheet on the counter and when he places my bacon on the counter I asked him to warm my bacon. I waited and got no response from him so I asked him again. He jerked his head up and responded very rudely that he heard me the first time. So I said if you heard me then respond. His attitude continued to escalate and he stated again I heard you the first time. He started to get beligerent and one of the females stepped up and put her arms on him to calm him down. I told him t o keep the sandwhich and walked out.

Convenient location. Was rather rudely questioned as to why I brought my dog in, who quite clearly had his service dog vest on. But otherwise both women were pleasant and helpful.

Very friendly people but obviously don't listen very well. I told them three times what my order was and they kept asking me over and over again. And then did not charge me on the initial charge for one item so they had to turn around and recharge me again

I had a really great experience at Subway in Livonia Louisiana. The store is very clean and the product is fresh. They have great customer service even through rush hour. The subs I order were made exactly the way I wanted them and weren't sloppy like some places. I would recommend this Subway to everyone. 😊

Picked up an order that I ordered through the app . The the toppings and meat were almost non existent on the sandwiches(I had 3 pickle slices on a foot long and it looked like they split one of the pre portioned chicken containers between both sides of the sandwich instead of one container per side . The subway in Walmart new Roads is way better

Good place but... Docked for cold cut being Frozen and not offering sub of the day deals which is understandable I guess business here is dead.So... No good deals and get your food tosted because they keep the veggies frozen.Other then that customer service was good and food tastes the same as any other subway.

Very stingy on veggies. I mean 3 pickles on a foot long? Please. I basically got a meat sandwich with some shred of lettuce and a string of onion.

My name is Janet Jackson and I work at Subway then livonia and plus I'm the manager of subway it's really good to be the manager and I get to tell people what you doing I can tell person to do this is what happened you some young and your friend thing I'm not married I am living in the and I get to make more money but I am the manager but I used to have have to help my employees clean up around there and I do a lot to him to make a better and better money we have all kind of customers my boss name is Miss LAN and she and she told me she let me we came she told me the new manager subway is Janet Jackson once you call my name I was and I was so excited and I was laughing until joy for me and I was so happy when you say again it manager of Subway I can I help employees and I serve and I get to ask him please act employed to do list did you do that do you this match my daughter Michelle she has me sometime when she come pick me up she has me on me clean and I answered you have any straw she said no I want to do that Steve and cookies call me on the subway person A baby pieces together baby what do that
