MaryAnn, the manager, has ZERO people skills. She will crowd your personal space and raise her voice to an inappropriate level in an attempt to intimidate and scream down a customer. Her employees Tina and Ashleigh acted like it was a joke. Send like they are very familiar with their manager behaving horribly. Go to DeRidder TSC. Customer service and selection and exceedingly better.

We enjoy shopping at TS. However, my experience yesterday was below par, particularly with the checkout. We usually get greeted when we walk in, but yesterday we didn't get the usual warm greeting. And it wasn't really busy.We had our service dog Bailey with us, and checkout didn't acknowledge her.Usually, while checking out, they are very friendly and offer Bailey a treat, but this time, checkout didn't really seem happy about Bailey being in the store. This isn't the norm for TS. Hopefully, whatever was bothering the checkout lady is resolved soon.

I went to tractor supply Sunday and bought a well pump and it quit and so I went back to return it the lady that was working asked me what was wrong with it I told her it didn't work I had my receipt and showed her she then told me that my pump was old I told her what are you talking about I bought it Sunday she said rust is all over it I told her it was made in china when water got in the pump housing it started rusting she told me that she had a ask her manger and then she said she couldn't get ahold of her her manager and proceeded to wait on customers one after the I replied to her that I was a customer and would like to be waited on and she told me that she was not going to give me a refund which upset me and she said she was going to call the police I told her to call her and she did now what tractor supply you got ripped me off for $312 you're wrong

I was in the Leesville store looking for fog lights. I found every type except the ones I wanted. I found a sales associate named Emily to help me. After checking the shelves and the inventory, Emily helped me order them on the Self Help Kiosk in the store. I didn't even know they had one. She walked me through the whole process and was very patient and helpful. Every time I go in the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Consistently out of normal everyday items customers need for animals and farms even before hurricanes and covid. Workers are unfriendly, unhelpful, and management is not any better. You're better off going to the Many store or some other business. They just don't care at this store.

A little high on the prices but overall a really good store. Lots of random farm equipment! If you need something unique they probably have it in this store!!! I love all the decor items and the clothes. It's like a PetSmart for farm people. If you need any help the employees are always friendly and willing to help, just ask!

It's a good tractor supply, workers were ok. They held conversations while checking us out and were alittle difficult to flag down to ask questions. But other then that clean store. Wish they had a larger shirt selection. Love going here nonetheless!

I would say always call ahead for propane but they never answer the phone. Over the last three years I go about every 3 months and they seem to be out 85% of the time. Either the distributor or the manager just doesn't care. I don't know why I wasted my time going. If you need propane go to the Many store they didn't even run out last year after all the hurricane damage or during the winter.

Have only been in twice. Each year I grab my dog a vaccine. Each year I have to wait ages for someone to find the keys, and then they're unprofessional or on their phone when it's about a 10 second interaction. This last time I did find some great clearance dog toys, so that was nice. I will be going to the TSC in DeRidder next year.

We've went to this tractor supply for years and it is steadily getting worse. Today I went in to get a whole feed buggy worth of feed. First of all the buggy wheel was broke as usual so it's hard to push, the two in the front were busy talking and didn't even notice us, when we loaded feed onto the buggy no one helps, when we called for help no one came, the ramp is too steep so you have to make sure the feed doesn't fall which has happened several times, the parking lot had a hole that the buggy caught and my feed fell, the man that was helping us load the feed wasn't going to help until it was mentioned then he picked one up and walked off and I had to pick up the rest, and then he loads it all sideways all in the very back of the bed and just tossed it in.

Don't usually have a problem there they're usually pretty good but today but hey just wasn't doing their job tried buying some baby chicks sit around for 15 minutes no help watch two boys wait on other people that drove up after I did when I said something they told me I was just going to have to wait so I carried my business elsewhere and I think I will from now on it's very wrong to take someone else over you after you was there first for that wrong.

Don't usually do these surveys..but I really want to thank Bobby Hickman at tractor supply in Leesville La..I went in to get two captivator fly traps..there were none on the self?? He went to the back and came out with 3..in which I promptly bought 2.. outstanding...I also needed a cane knife..which I couldn't find..he went straight to it..got that also..this young man deserves a raise..very energetic..and very knowledgeable of the store..was truly an enjoyable experience..yeah, go tractor supply..

I came to this store mainly looking for firewood. Once I got inside I started looking for everything I didnt need. Maybe I looked lost but in that time I was looking at stuff I didnt need I never saw fire wood. A young man asked me if I was finding everything okay? He guided me in the direction I needed to go. Then I was ready to check out!!

Work clothes and accessories. Carhartt and hi vis shirts and jackets. A little bit of everything actually. Their tool department is horrible but the usually have some good finds on the clearance aisle. Some stuff is marked down 80% and 90%.

I went to tractor supply in leesville to get chicken feed. I wanted a 35 lb. bag. I am disabled, my mother was with me and she's 76. I asked an associate if she could get someone to get it for me. She said to ask the cashier to do it. When I got to the register, I asked the cashier if she could get someone to get it. She said she doesn't think they have any. I told her I saw it there on the shelf. She said well, we didn't have it yesterday. So I went and got it myself with my mom's help. I got back in line at the register and the first girl asks if we need help bringing it to the car. She says we have lots of manpower here.They did have a lot of employees there, doing nothing. I will make sure to go to Red&White next time.

They have what you'd expect to see at a farm store.. cattle pannels, fencing, animal feed, lawn and garden tools and power equipment. They also have gun safes, batteries and other stuff. The workers here are amazing and very helpful.

Friendly staff and they actually know where the things are in the store. Very unlike the bigger home improvement stores where the employees usually give you a blank look and have to look up locations on a phone.
