Shelby at Groomingdales did an amazing job with our dog! She is kind, friendly and so welcoming. Making an appointment was very easy and quick. Our dog came home looking so handsome and clean! He also got a free bandana and treats! Look at his paws! I recommend Groomingdales for all grooming needs.

This place is just down right disrespectful!! We never made an appointment here it was a big miscommunication between a ex employee and the owner yet the owner can scream at my 7 month pregnant wife while she tries to nicely clarify the situation? I wouldn’t trust the owner with a fly let alone my dog. Run your business better and have some class for yourself. The way you reply to reviews just shows how trash you can be.

The owner is terrible and completely unprofessional. I would NEVER ever bring my dog back here again. She truly needs to learn proper business behavior and how to treat others. With the way she treats people I can’t imagine how she treats your fur babies.

This place was amazing!! I recently rescued my 4 year old pup and wanted to get him groomed since he sheds everywhere and I wasn’t sure what my dog needed specifically since it was my first time doing this for him. Shelby, the owner, talked me through what she thought was best for my mixed breed pup and clarified any questions I had. I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great and loving grooming service!

I took my pup here a couple months back and she came back home SO scared. We’ve taken our 3 year old labradoodle to a groomer regularly since her hair type requires a lot of maintenance. She has NEVER been scared to go to a groomers until this place. The place was filthy. And I left feeling like I had hair in my throat.

I have been taking all of my animals here for years and I never had a problem getting my animals in to get groomed. My fur babies always come home smelling so good and clean. I never had a bad experience nor do I have anything negative to say.
