I adopted a VERY spicy kitty who does not enjoy all of the aspects of a vet visit. But they still loved on her, held and pet her and were very gentle. I highly recommend this vet office. You have a patient for life!

I have been seeing Dr. Randy for many years and I really appreciate the fact that if you call their practice and request to speak to Dr. Randy, he will call you back. Never fails. Dr. Randy is very caring with your animal and you can trust his diagnosis of your animal.I wouldn't see anyone else for my animals.Dr. Randy and his Staff are the greaqtest.

I love Dr. Hayes and Dr. Salazar. They are both amazing vets. They take wonderful care of all my dogs and our rescue pups. The staff at entrance vet clinic are very caring and the sweetest front desk girls ever ! Mrs. Kim , Amanda and Angela I love you guys dearly !

I have two 22lb Snorkies. One can be a bit of a handful. Ginger has been super awesome with our pets. She always ensures that our requests for their spa days go as planned. She has always been gentle and has called if she has any questions. If you have pets that need grooming, she is your gal!

My dog Dexter loves the place and gets his grooming done here every few months. Everyone in the staff is very nice specially Ms. Angela, Kim and Virginia. These three ladies will put a smile on your face early in the morning. The Dog is happy then I'm happy.

This is long overdue but we took our 3 dogs Snuffy, Mollie and Angus here back in 2016-2018 and they were the best! We lived down the road and the staff was friendly and handled our pups so well! We are coming back to Fort. Polk again and I’m definitely coming back to this place.

The best vet practice in town. In the last 4 years I have taken over 200 dogs and cats to the facility they always get great care. Reception is welcoming and knowledgeable, vet techs are communicate well and take great care of your pet. And vets develop an appropriate plan of care, identifying the needs of the pet and don't recommend servces that are not necessary. They communicate well and are honest about the care they recommend and projected outcomes. The service is excellent and fast with a knowledgeable caring staff. The drop off system is great for busy days at work too. I wouldn't bring a pet anywhere else in town. They also have a groomer on site who is knowledgeable and does great work all breeds, sizes and coats. Pricing on all service surgeries, and medications are the best in town.

Got my 4 year old husky neutered here. Dropped off at 7am picked up at 2pm without any issues. Great front staff, knowledgeable techs, all surgical work was excellent, no complications, the stitches looked excellent, and the pain meds were administered so well that I strongly doubt my husky felt anything. During the check out process the technician walked us through, and provided us a copy of, recovery expectations and organ functionality.

Do not go here. We had been going to entrance road vet with our dog bear for around 9 months and all the female vets and receptionist were awesome and so friendly and helpful. However on our last visit we had Dr. Hayes which was a pretty awful experience. Dr. Hayes is not good with animals and before introducing himself or even walking in the room he required our dog be muzzled. We were only there for a checkup and our dog is a Great Pyrenees puppy who loves people. He didn’t answer any of our questions about the ring worm we believed our dog had and he was short and rude. We still wanted to continue going to entrance road after the visit we just asked that we not be scheduled with Dr. Hayes again and we were told that wouldn’t be a problem at all. My wife left a review on the place starting with how good our experience had been and then commenting on what happened with Dr. Hayes. They reached out to us about the review and said they were sorry and would strive to do better. We found out today that because my wife left that negative review we’ve been completely banned from the vet for “social media bashing” . Even though they reached out to us saying they would work to do better and we’re sorry about the experience. Dr. Hayes is obviously showing he doesn’t stand by his word and cares very little about morals or ethics. We have found a new vet called “Paws and Claws” in Deridder which we highly recommend. The staff and experience was great.

This is my first puppy & they was so helpful & informative. My puppy is a rescue so I had no idea how old he was , they helped me out& I learned he was 9 weeks old. I would say the prices are reasonable. The first time I went I honestly told them I don’t have much & asked how much it would be before he goes in. They give you the price straight up. This will be our family vet from now on.

Absolutely love the staff here. The clinic is super clean and smells so good. The groomers weren’t even in the day Nola had her appointment, but the bathed her anyway. I loved it and Nola loved it. She’s a catahoula/great prynees mix and the staff took their time to introduce themselves to her- completely relaxing her from the word go. As a avid pet lover, I was so thankful and impressed by that. That’s people that truly love animals.

I was very concerned when my dog suddenly started coughing & vomiting. I called & they got me in asap. Unfortunately they weren’t very thorough, the vet maybe spent 2 minutes from the moment she walked in to the moment she walked out.. They then took my dogs weight & claimed she weighed “43 pounds” ( keep in mind i brought in all prior paperwork from my previous vet ) to which that said she weighed 63 pounds, less than 6 months ago….. If i were a vet i would be seriously concerned if a dog had lost 20 pounds that quick… Im not sure if its because im young or what but i was very disappointed & dissatisfied with the service i received. I find it very disheartening that they could do such, considering my dog is a part of my family & she deserves better than what she received.

We adopted Kiya on Saturday the 16th, we knew she was heartworm positive, and she already had her appointment scheduled on the 28th for her spay. I will admit, I did not know a single thing about heartworm. We did a lot of research Saturday night and that’s when we knew it would be costly. Ranged to over 1000 bucks. YIKES! I made her an appointment for Thursday the 21st for shots and the heartworm issue. We decided to just use the same place she was going to get spayed.They called the day prior and said that since she already had an appointment for a check-up, that we could bring her in for her spay today too! One less vet visit! Yay! Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic is literally the best. They’re so reassuring, friendly, and everyone knows what they’re talking about. Surgery went well, we started her antibiotics for her treatment, and now we wait for the shots. They even called Friday to ensure she was doing okay and answer more questions I had. I cannot praise them enough. Plus, they always have funny signs out front! 100000000/10 recommend!

Staff went above and beyond. Not only did they reassure me and answer all my concerns about Amara they are very knowledgeable and dedicated to their patients and their owners. I will never use another vet for my dogs.
