Smells like someone threw up near the food section. Black dirt streaks all over the ground because they didn’t mop with clean water, if they even did that. The self checkout has boxes all over it so you can’t use it. Boxes everywhere and the store stinks. Lazy pieces of crud.

Hello travelers,It's me again with another review, today is the Dollar General in Lecompte. The store was easy to find and with a decent size parking lot. That's about the last positive things here, as for inside it is immensely cluttered. Their is product everywhere, yet shelves are empty. Customer service is non existent. Aisles are small so the cluster of product everywhere makes this even worse. The cashier stayed on her phone the entire time, just a bad store.Jimmy Griffin

Living in a small town I have to say these stores come in handy. I get all my cleaning and hair products here. The store in Lecompte has great customer service, better than most by far. Their holiday selection is always great from Christmas to Easter.

This location is ok. It's usually always messy and their stocking carts block up many aisles so you can't take the buggy down them. It's also about.25-.50 cents higher than the other locations around me. I've noticed the price differences when using the DG app.

The cashier was a very friendly and helpful person. She went out her way to help me. I was encouraged to return to the store and was assured help with anything that I may needed.

I asked thim to help me with my stuff out of the car they complain and say they're tired of it I'm so tired of it. Well I'm tired of going in And then complaining about what I do theirthey are not getting help when I needed I asked one lady where the curtain rings were and she said over they are now 13 well I'll 13 was wrong

The AC wasn't really working so it was rather hot in there. That is pretty typical for this location during the summer. I feel really bad for the employees.
